Camp Cretaceous (Brook X Reader)

Episode 1

Brooklynns POV

As we were all on the dock I had started recording on my phone. "Welcome to Isla Nublar, campers. You are the chosen few, the first kids in the entire world to ever experience the awesomeness that is Camp Cretaceous. I know, the trip from the mainland was rough on some. Hello, Ben." We looked over to where he was looking and saw the kid named Ben on the side of the dock looking as if he was going to throw up. "I'm Dave, head counselor." Dave said as he introduced himself to us.

"You heard that correctly-- head honcho, big shot." He said. Then we all heard a vehicle of some sort behind us. We turned around fast and a woman came out of the car. "Ah, so sorry Im late. Welcome, campers!" She said as she walked over to us. "I'm Roxie, head counselor of Camp Cretaceous." She introduced and now saw standing next to Dave. We looked at him asking for an explanation. Dave laughed and said "Well, its sort of a co-head sort of situation." Dave told us. Roxie looked at him and asked sarcastically "is it?"

"Anyway, some of you won contests to be here." I pointed my phone at other people as they talked. First a girl moved away and her hand covering her face. I then pointed it at the boy I was standing next to. He looked at the phone and gave a thumbs up. Then the girl next to him made a peace sign. (That's what it is right?) We then all looked back at the guides. "As our first campers, weve lined up exclusive behind-the-scenes tours of Jurassic World." I could hear excitement from the others. Except Ben. "As well as kayaking, rock climbing, obstacle courses, and of course" "Dinosaurs?!" The boy next to me said as we all looked at him. He got embarrassed as everyone looked at him for his outburst.

"Yes Darius, plenty of dinosaurs." Roxie said, looking to find out his name. "So, ready for an adventure?" She asked. "Absolutely!" I shouted. "But I'm gonna need that speech a little shorter, and really try to lean into the majesty of this place." I told them. Dave laughed "Okay, were going now. Lets get the seven of you to camp." He told us. "Uh, there are five of us." Ben pointed out. "Wait. Dino-kid, Track-Star, Internet Girl, Barfy, Texas. Hes right. Wheres Six and Seven?"

Roxie looked at her clip broad and scoffed. Then looked again and then was happier. "One will meet us at camp and the other we have to go get." Roxie told Dave. Questions ran through my mind about the one I dont know why but did such as. Did one live here? How did they get to come? And the main one who are they?

We then went to a helicopter pad and then we were hit by wind from the landing helicopter. Then a boy came out of the helicopter with his stuff. "Greetings, my dudes. Kenji is here, so let the party commence!" He spoke and waved his arms around. "Put this in my room." He ordered Roxie. "So, whats your deal?" He asks. Then Roxie throws his stuff at him and he face planted on the ground. "Okay, lets go." She told us.

We then started to all get in the back of the car and sat next to each other. I then took a picture and looked at it and posted it. Then I looked over at Kenji for a sec and looked back down as we got ready to drive off. Then we all got launched back a bit. Darius then put his seat belt on and the rest of us copied his actions. "I hope you got my mom's note. I dont do well on windy roads." Ben told Roxie and Dave.

I then started to record "Whats good, Brooklanders? Its your girl Brooklynn coming at you from the best place ever. Camp Cretaceous." As I moved my arm out to show I was actually here. "Like and subscribe to join me as I unbox Jurassic World. Okay, I need you all to say who you are and a little bit about yourself." I told the other teens with me. "And action" I said as I point it at Durius.

"Oh! Um I beat this awesome VR dinosaur game. I'm Darius, by the-'' Sammy then cut Darius off "Im sorry, I just can't believe you're Brooklynn! I'm Sammy Gutierrez, total Brooklander!" She said as she shook my hand. "Kapow!" She said as she imitated gunfire. "Oh, also, my family supplies all the beef for the park, and thats how I got here."
