taeyong sat on the chair, biting his nails. he said yes, but he didn't feel excited. i mean he did, but he is also scared that jaehyun would leave him one day. the latter thought to himself, 'i mean im not skinny, im not pretty like whatever girls yadda yadda.." jaehyun walked out of mark's room, only to see taeyong sitting on the kitchen chair, looking like he was thinking about something serious. jaehyun walked towards taeyong, failing to get the omega's attention.
'fuck why did i say yes, hes going to leave me, hes going to find someone else better than me." but then taeyong's thoughts were all interrupt by a sweet, warm hug from behind. taeyong's eyes watered, knowing that it was his mate's embrace. he melted into the touch, earning a small soft chuckle from jaehyun.
"honey bear what were you thinking about?" jaehyun's low tone voice rang through the omega's ears. taeyong said nothing but lower his head and broke down after hearing about how much his mate cared about him. jaehyun's eyes widened and quickly swirled the crying omega around to face him.
"yong don't cry, tell me what happened?" jaehyun tried to hush the omega down, but failed. taeyong cried even harder. jaehyun then said.
"honey bear i can cancel meeting with my parents, just don't cry..." taeyong quickly shot his head up and said.
"no no, the 'meeting your parents' is on. they are my future in laws jae, no no no.." jaehyun smiled that the word 'future in laws'. just then, mark came out of his room, with a new set of clothes that he changed after waking up. he made sure haechan was still sleeping comfortably in his bed before changing and coming out of the room.

mark then halted in his tracks after seeing his best friend and his mate having their moment so he quietly crept back into his room. he slowly closed the door and turned towards the sleeping omega. haechan was still curled up under the duvet, time by time, mark was able to hear soft whimpers and sighs coming from the omega. mark decided to text the group chat what was going on.
