Couldn't find a picture of Bryce yet, but I'm working on it.
**********************************
I'm dreaming about Adreanna. We're in the park and it's her birthday so there is a cake and balloons everywhere. I'm having such an amazing time.I probably would've stayed that way too if it weren't for the sudden, loud knock on my door.
I open my eyes slowly and groan as I reluctantly slide out of my bed. My warm, soft, comfortable bed.
I somehow manage to get downstairs without killing myself- given my exhausted state, it was very likely.
I throw open the door and see the same boy from yesterday smiling down at me. I groan and stomp back into my living room.
"Good morning to you too." I hear him mutter as he closes the door and follows me inside.
"What do you want?" I groan again and flop down into the couch.
"I wanted to see how you were doing."
"Why, exactly?"
"Um... I heard you scream last night."
"Oh." Well don't I seem emotionally unstable.
"I was going to come over last night actually, but I didn't think you would like that."
"I'm sorry, but why are you acting like my father?" I ask slightly annoyed.
"Because you're new and young and I thought you might want help understanding everything."
"Well thanks but I think I can figure it out on my own."
"You think so huh?" He asked in an amused voice, "Well then, I'll leave you to do just that." He starts walking towards the front door.
"If you need anything you know were to find me." he says shooting me a wink, "I'm Bryce by the way."
And with that, he closed the door behind him.
I quickly recover from his little dramatic moment and get up off the couch to head upstairs.
I don't even know why I told him off. It actually would be nice to find some answers. But going back would make me look stupid.
A million questions swirl in my head as I get dressed. What will happen to me? How long will I be here? Where the heck is Jesus?!
I pull on some black leggings and purple tank top before coming up with a crazy plan.
I must be on crack, but whatever. If what Bryce said was really true, about everything here being the same as Earth, then I'm going to the mall.
I step outside and immediately glance towards the Paisley's house. The car that was out front yesterday is now gone, and there are no traces of anyone being home.
I climb into the driver's seat of my mother's red convertible. Oh god how she would have killed me if I had driven it on Earth.
I tuck my purse into the seat next to me and I roll down the top of the car. I back out of the driveway and begin the short trip to the Greenburrow Mall.
I blast Katy Perry's Wide Awake in the car as the wind whips through my short brown hair.
I finally arrive at the mall and after taking the necessary precautions to prevent the car from getting stolen, I enter the building.
Glass windows line the walls with doorways into the shops I know all too well.
A girl my age is walking out of one of the shops struggling with her bags. It looks as though she's about to topple over when I rush over to help.
