Walking into the game room, Oliver and Regie were playing Mario cart. Taking a seat until they were finished. Once the game was finally over, Oliver set the the controller down and sighed. "Your foreign exchange student trip is in a few days. Mom wanted me to remind you to make sure you have some money saved up and for you to call her before you leave and to call her once you arrived." He leaned back in his seat as he spoke.
"Why didn't she just call me?" I asked as I fixed my sitting position. "She said she called you three times and you didn't answer her." Furrowing my eyebrows, I pulled my phone out of my pocket and noticed the missed calls and messages from my mom. My face lost all color once I realized the reason I didn't answer the phone.
Looking up at Ryan, he was looking down at the floor. I blank expression laid across his face as he swung his legs back and forth. "Oh and she said to make sure you pack your camera, she wants you to take pictures for the photo album she made you." I nodded and stood from the couch, pulling Ryan out the room with me.
After closing the door behind me, I turned my attention on him. "Ryan love what's wrong?" He almost look hurt, confusion still laced in his expression. "You're leaving? For how long? Where are you going." He suddenly bombarded me with questions. Chuckling i laced my fingers with his.
"Yeah, me and my mom planned for me to go stay in South Korea for a year. It's something I've wanted for so long but now I have you, I'm a bit reluctant to go." My smile flattened at the thought, pulling Ryan into a tight hug. In inhaled his flowery scent. I have to make these few days with him count the best I can.
A few hours later
I said I was gonna make these last days count but of course I ended up at a skate rink with Darren. We made plans the day before so I wasn't a shock to me. I insisted Ryan come but he said he wanted to stay home because he had something to handle.
I was wobbling around the rink by myself as Darren rolled around with his girlfriend. If I knew I was gonna third I would've invited Kane or regie. Kane apologized for walking in on me and Ryan. We had to continuously tell him it was fine, but at least we made him feel better.
I almost fell when I was suddenly caught by someone. Looking back, my heart skipped a beat in my chest. Holy shit he is attractive, standing up straight I frantically apologized. He smiled and waved it off. "It would've been painful watching you fall, I'm bae by the way." He had a somewhat low voice and the way he smile could kill.
"Oh uhm thank you, I'm Angelica ." I turned around and tried to go against but me being me, I almost fell again. Catching me again he laughed and help me stand upright. "Here let me help you, give me your hands." He rolled in front of me and held his hands out. Placing my hands in his, he began rolling backwards pulling me along with him.
We went around about three times before he let go of my hands and rolled beside as I finally began skating on my own. "Remember push your legs out with each step and lean forward a bit when the curb comes." Following his words i began to speed up, passing Darren and his girlfriend i waved at them.
Laughing at me like I was crazy, Darren pulled his phone out and began recording. Bae caught up to me and did circles around me as I slowed down. "Are they your friends?" He asked nodding in the direction of Darren. "Ah yeah, I actually live with him and a couple other boys."
He tilted his head and I immediately caught on. "Oh god no, it's not like that. Two of the boys are my brothers and they made this little group with 5 other boys. We just moved here actually. The house we were living in was too small."
"Ah okay I understand." He held his hands out again and I placed my hands in his. He spun me around and pulled me along with him around the rink. The music suddenly became a slow song. Pulling me closer as me skated we swayed to the music. This is the happiest ive been in a few days.
After exchanging contact info with him, I went to leave but noticed that the car was gone. Pulling my phone from my pocket again. I see a text message from Darren.
Fake Brother: hey I left a little early me and elora bout to get it on 😮💨😉 Seen
Sighing and sitting down on the curb outside the roller rink, bae was about to pass when he stopped and looked at me over his shoulder. "I thought you were already gone?" Stuffing his keys and phone in his pocket he sat down next to me. "Well, the idiot I was here with ditched me to have sex with his girlfriend." Rolling my eyes at the thought.
"I can give you a ride if you want. It's not safe to be here by yourself at this time." He looked down at the watch that was on his wrist and hummed. "Do you mind if I make a quick stop at the mini mart first though?" Shaking my head, I stood up and followed him over to his car.
We sung to the random song on the radio as we rode the the mini mart. Once we arrived we ran around the store like kids. Putting a bunch of snacks in the cart as I occupied the front of it. He was pushing me around in the cart like it was a car.

Once he finally got me to my house, he helped me grab the bag of snack he bought for me out the backseat and hugged me goodbye. Unlocking the door and going inside. I sighed in relief that I was finally off my feet. The roller skates killed my feet. I put the snack away in the little mini fridge I had in my room and threw myself onto my bed.

Me: that sounds amazing, I have to leave in a few weeks for Korea. I'll be gone for a long time though 😔

Me: wait really..
Bestiebae🤎: yeah, I've been needing an excuse to get away from home anyways.
Me: omg, well I'm leaving in two days. I don't know if that's enough time for you to pack or not..
Bestiebae🤎: that's more than enough time, well you rest up beautiful. I'll text you in the morning.

I smiled as I plugged my phone up onto the charger. I don't know if this is wrong to feel, but bae is making my heart race. I was slipping on my pajama pants when my phone suddenly dinged.
My love🥰: come to my room in the morning, we need to talk
I read the message and shrug while pulling ky shirt over my head. It was probably him going to tell me that he had some stuff to work on so he'd be busy. He always does that.
Grabbing a water from the mini fridge, I gulped the whole bottle down and climbed into my bed. My heart was still racing from the events earlier today. This feels so wrong but so right at the same time.
