Chapter 22: Snap

When 0600 hit, Diana shuffled to her room. Her eyes were heavy as she slipped into her bed, wearing only her panties and a large tee shirt.

Once she began to dream only one man played around in her mind.

Her heart hurt, knowing she missed him but couldn't forgive him easily for what he had done.

Then her dream turned into a nightmare as she saw Thano's holding Loki's dead body in his hand.

"No!" Diana set up in her bed as she yelled. Her body had ran cold along with her blood. She saw a shadow in the corner of the room, rolling her eyes she threw a pillow at the shadow.

"Come out Loki!"

Loki stepped out of the shadows as he had a concerned look on his face. He sat at the foot of the bed as he placed his hand on her leg.

"Are you all right Diana?"

"I'm fine, it was just a nightmare."

"No, I HAVE nightmares, what you had was something more powerful."

"Please don't Loki."

"Let me read your thoughts so you don't have to tell me."

"No Loki!"

"Then tell me what happened."

Diana jumped out of her bed as she began to pace the room. Pushing her fingers in her hair she shook her head, knowing it was a bad idea telling him.

"Ever since I touched your scepter I've been having premonitions of the future, then when I touched the stone on Asgard I got another glance of what is to come."

"You see the future?" Loki asked carefully as he stared at her.

"Yes! I know it sounds crazy."

"That's not the crazy part, what I want to know is what you're seeing that's making you crazy."

Diana's head snapped up as she looked at him with glossy eyes, fresh tears gathering.

"Loki...please."

"What did you see Diana?" Loki pressed harder as he saw how unraveled she was getting from the question.

"Loki I can't," Diana gasped as she began to cry.

"Diana please just tell me!"

"YOU DIE LOKI!"

The room turned into a painful silence as the words reverberated off the walls. Loki looked away from her as he pressed his lips tightly and nodded his head.

"It was bound to happen, all the bad things I've done has finally caught up to me. Now this is my punishment." Diana looked at him in beyond belief that just as easily as she told him, he accepted his fate.

"Loki.... what are you saying?"

"I'm saying I deserve everything that's coming to me. What I did to you, what I did to others. Odin is finally serving me my just punishment and I will accept it."

"Are you fucking crazy?! You do not deserve this!" Diana grabbed Loki's shoulders and shook him. She looked up into his blue eyes as they were filled with pain.

"Diana it's okay..."

"No its not!" Diana leaned up and kissed him. She felt him hold back from the kiss, her heart was exploding with so many emotions. She didn't want him to give up on himself like everyone else already had.

Loki wrapped his long arms around her waist as she pulled her further into him. Her small body fitting perfectly with his tall, lean, muscular one.

Diana pulled his face closer as Loki began to kiss her more urgently and passionately. Loki tore his mouth away from her as he shook his head.

"You don't want this Diana."

"I want you!" Loki cupped her face as he kissed her more roughly. Diana bit Loki's bottom lip, she heard him growl as he pushed her back against her bed.

Loki stripped out of all the leather until he stood in front of Diana naked. Diana pulled away her tee shirt and panties as she tossed them on the floor.

She bit her bottom lip as she smiled at him. He leaned down with a solemn look on his face as he kissed her chest. His cold hand traveling up her leg until it met her hot, and wet cunt.
