Chapter 13

"Good morning, mom where is Dallas?"
"I, don't think she up yet she had some things to do yesterday evening and she got in late last night so she sleeping in. I'm glad you decided to come out and have breakfast with me this morning.
"Yes, me to I know y'all maybe upset with me but I had to isolate myself for a little while. The information y'all gave me was a lot to take in and to know that David knew about me this whole time was heartbreaking and I had to deal with my emotions.
"I, understand Tracy I'm not upset with you and I apologize that you didn't know about this sooner and as your parents we should of shared that with y'all but we really thought we was doing the right thing until Dallas got kidnapped and almost killed. That day your father and I was so scared and so mad because if she would of known about her power we could of found them quicker.
"I, no you and dad was just trying to protect us y'all always was trying to keep us safe and now I know why, I just always thought y'all was just very over protective parents.
"I, bet y'all did and mom started laughing "
"Mom, I'm glad I got you to smile haven't seen it since I arrived.
"Yea, I know everything just been so serious and so emotionally but it felt good.
"So, mom where do you want to begin at I'm ready to learn how to control this power of mine and use it to protect our family.
"Tracy,are you sure I know how much you love David and this means that you going to be going against him.
"What, David did to me was not love he used me and control me for years to get back at my family. He took me away from my home to keep me from becoming myself for he can live the life he wanted to live. It was never about me in our marriage it was about him, so yes I'm ready.
"But, before we start I do need to know why y'all been hiding Jayson?" I don't want to know where he at right now but I do want to know why.
"Well, we had to hide out Jayson because if not they was going to kill him and David was going to be the last of the bloodline and he could live forever.
They both turned around and saw Dallas and greeted her " Good morning "
"Hello, sorry I'm late for breakfast was just a little tired this morning."
"It's, okay Dallas I understand it was a good thing I got to talk to Tracy alone and she ready."
"So, you ready to learn about your power and how to use them Tracy?"
"Yes, Dallas I am but you sound like I'm not."
"I, don't mean to sound that way I understand we put a lot on your plate I'm just very protective when it comes down to mom and Jayson I don't want David to harm them in anyway and that's his goal.
"Well, Dallas I don't want any harm to come to mom at all and if I can protect her from anything I will for some reason Dallas you always thought I was against you but you don't understand I'll always been your biggest fan, I always looked up to you and always wanted to be strong like you're my big sister I would never wanted to hurt you on purpose.
Dallas started crying, I'm so sorry Tracy I'll know I haven't been the best sister in a few years after the kidnapping and almost dying and then you ran off with the person who was behind a lot of it I didn't know what to think or feel so I just became angry with you and life.
"Now, that I'm learning everything Dallas I can understand but I wouldn't of never done the things I did with David if I knew anything.
"I, know you wouldn't of Tracy and I'm sorry it's nice to have my sister back I miss you so much.
They run up to each other and hug and started crying.
"Dallas, I promise you I'm here to learn and to help protect our family.
