"Zac Maverick," he whispered in my ear. And with that his lips meet mine. My lips erupted with sparks. All my actions froze. I didn't know how to react from that feeling.
He pulled away from me, disconnecting his lips from mine. The sparks slowly started to disappear. I looked up into his eyes. Hey were a dark red.
I slipped out of his arms and locked him in the bathroom. "Stay back! I don't know you! Or why your kissing me!" I yelled through the door.
"Okay, okay. Just let me out," he said softly. I could barely hear him. I took a deep breath and thought about my options. Leave him in there, he might possibly escape. Or let him out and he could possibly attack me. I think I'll just leave him in there.
I backed away from the door and left my room. I ran down that halls to the kitchen. I grabbed a knife and ran back up to my room. Not a smart idea to run with a knife. I could possibly take my eye out, but hey. I would prefer it rather than to look at Zac...
I unlocked the door and stepped back. Holding the knife defensively. I took a deep breath as I watched to door know turn. The door slowly creaked open. But there was no one standing behind the door.
I slowly stepped closer to the bathroom. Cautiously entering the bathroom. Hands grabbed my waist and spun me around. I looked up at Zac's stormy blue eyes.
"Now why would you lock me in here?" He asked with a sly grin. I tried to pull away from. Him but his arms held tighter, setting off more sparks.
"Let me go," I whispered. His grip tightened even more. I took a deep breath before harshly stepping down on his foot til I heard a faint snap. He released me to hold his foot. Which was probably fractured.
"Now why would you do that kitten?" He asked me.
"Don't call me that," I said, my voice starting to shake. I stepped farther away from him. But he kept getting closer to me. Approaching me like in his next meal. His arm reached out and wrapped around me.
"Don't worry," he whispered in my ear. "I'm not going to hurt you. I could never bring myself to do that." I tried to pull away from him, but he held me tighter. I kept trying to pull away, but his grip kept getting tighter.
"Let me go," I said while gasping for air. A tear rolled down my cheek. He released me and whipped the tear away. I looked up at him.
"I'm sorry," he whispered while pulling me into a hug. I didn't try pulling away this time. The sparks kept spreading through my body. I took a deep breath before I looking up at him.
"Can you give me a bit of space. I'm not used to people being this close, or even touching me," I said quietly. I pulled away from him again, this time his arms dropped to his sides.
"I'm sorry, I should go." He said with his head bowed.
"It's fine, and you can stay. If you want," I offered. What am I thinking? Letting a person I met years ago stay in my house. And to make it worse, I was on the plane with him... let alone kiss him.
He looked at me a gave me a small smile. But it quickly dropped. His whole deminer changed in the split second. The sound of howling echoed throught out the manner. Zac was gone in a blink of the eye. And u was left standing there alone wondering what was to happen.
Sorry this chapter is so short. I've been busy with school. And I've been talking and meeting new friends. But I've also been trying not to catch feelings for the French guy I've been talking to, who keeps flirting with me.
Anyways, I hope your enjoying my story. I will try not to take this one down. I might get around to finishing it.
