I woke up in my bedroom , laying on the bed. Weird........ " I thought." I got up and went in the kitchen to get a glass of water and chilled out. I decided that I would cook dinner for just me so I got my things together to go to the store. As I was walking to my car, I got stopped by Shawn. "Are you OK?" He asked with much concern. "Uh....yeah, I'm fine...why?" I struggled getting that sentence out because ...how did he know something was wrong with me??? " I asked because u were passed out in the hallway so I carried you back to your room." He said reading the look on my face. "Oh....thanks." I said opening my car door and getting in. "No prob. " he said walking off .
(Later on at the store)
I was walking through aisles trying to find all the ingredients to make stir fry, when I saw this fine boy, about 6"3 with a big curly afro and light skinned. He had to play football because he was built just like one. He just so happened to be right next to the box of rice I was looking for. "Excuse me." I said getting his attention. "Oh, my bad" "No you're good" I said reaching for the box. I felt eyes through the back of my head so I just assumed he was looking at my ass. I got the box and headed to a different aisle cause he went back to what he was doing so maybe he wasn't that interested.
I was trying to decide if I wanted to use soy sauce or Teriyaki sauce to put over the rice. But when I tried reaching for one I realized I was waay to short and there were no employees around to help me. "Need help?" A voice behind me said. I turned around to see that boy again. "Yes...I do." He reached up and got it like it was nothing . "Here you go." "Thank you
" "Making stir fry?" He asked. "Yeah
..you?? " I asked seeing that he has the same stuff I have. "Nahh...my mom is, she sent me to store to get ingredients. "You live with your mom?" I asked because he looked too old about my age. "No I'm visiting her home from college, and shes making me dinner but sent me here to buy and pay for all this stuff." He kind of giggled. "Woooow" I said. "Yeah. He laughed. "What college you go to??" "Full sale ." "I've always wanted to go there but its way too expensive." "True. But its a really good college you'll enjoy it." ". Could I visit to see what its like then decide if I want to go?" " Yeah...I think". "That would be cool." "How bout you give me your number so I can give you all the details about that. Because my mom is texting me to hurry up." He said looking up from his phone. " OK." (I was smiling on the inside.)
I gave him my number and we said goodbye and he left.........I couldn't stop smiling after that.
