Chapter Two 🎭 Parasomnia 🎭
So, you ran a background check, and all you found was a speeding ticket?" Malia asked as she and Stiles walked up the stairs. "A speeding ticket signed by Theo and Toni's dad eight years ago." Stiles said and Malia nodded slowly, "Which means what?"
"Who speeds? People trying to get away from something!" Stiles said as he stopped and turned to her making her furrow her brows. "Well, how many tickets do you have?" Malia asked and Stiles scoffed, "None." He said and Malia nodded slightly. "How many would you have if your dad didn't get you out of them?" She asked making him purse his lips.
"Seventeen..." He said making her nod, "I don't know, Stiles... I mean, I see why you're worried- he's really hot. He's got like great hair, perfect body... You should definitely feel threatened." Malia said and Stiles looked offended. "Thank you... Because I do... Now more than ever." Stiles said.
"You want me to torture him?" Malia asked and Stiles shook his head, "No, I don't want you to torture him!" He said. "I'm pretty sure I can take him." Malia said and Stiles just shook his head again, "I have a plan, all right? There are steps to doing this right." Stiles said making Malia raise her eyebrows. "What steps?" She asked, "We get the story, verify the facts. You find the piece that doesn't fit. and... And catch him in the act. That's how you do it." Stiles explained when then sighed when someone caught his eye.
Malia turned around to see Theo closing a car door after Toni climbed out before the two turned around. When they noticed them looking they both smiled and awkwardly waved, "Why are you so suspicious of these people?" Malia asked and Stiles sighed.
"Because I remember Theo and Toni from fourth grade, okay? That's not the.." He said.

Lydia in class with Kira sitting at the table next to her. Someone sat down next to Kira making them look yo to see Scott. The girls looked at each other confused while giving each other silent looks while nodding to Scott, both of them trying to get each other to say something.
"Scott? Are you in the right class?" Kira asked making Scott look at her wide eyed, "AP Biology?" He asked and Lydia raised her eyebrows. "You what AP stands for?" She asked and he looked at her in amusement, "Advanced Placement." He said before opening his text book to show a bunch of highlighted sentences and sticky notes.
"Welcome to AP Biology! Let's see who's awake. Can somebody tell me what plasmids are?" The teacher, Ms. Finch, asked as she leaned against her desk. "Circular, self-replicating DNA molecules often used in cloning proteins." Lydia said and Ms. Finch nodded.
"Nicely stated, Lydia. Now, can you tell me what vitamin is absorbed in the stomach via parietal cell production of a glycoprotein?" Ms. Finch asked and Lydia went to answer but stopped when she realized she didn't know it. "B12. Mr. McCall, did you know the answer?" Ms. Finch asked, catching Scott off guard for a moment as he looked up at her. "Um, no." He said and she nodded, "It's a common test question. What's your number one college pick?" She asked.
