"Well, my name is Percy Jackson, as your father said and I'm a friend of the elder gods, actually." Percy said and Athena, of course, wanted a more elaborate answer so she continued to ask "I know that you know the elder gods but how are you friends with them? And how did you meet?" Percy really didn't want to answer all of these question, since coming from one of the hardest battles in his life and travelling in a disorientating portal is enough for one day.
Luckily for him Hestia saw the tiredness etching on his face, so she spoke up, interrupting Athena's river of questions. "Why don't we rest, and we'll talk about it tomorrow, when everyone's fully rested and refreshed." She said this in a nice and polite tone but there was a threat lying underneath that everyone caught and nodded their heads, not wanting to anger their very powerful aunt.
Percy sent her a look of gratitude and followed her, at her signal, in her palace or huge temple. Everyone that passed them would either bow or nod in respect them go about their duties. Percy wished that everyone in the future would respect Hestia as she is respected now and vowed that when he goes back, he would demand for a throne for Hestia and Hades, who was really nice, surprisingly, and also helped a lot in the second titan war when he could've just stayed in his kingdom, hiding away.
Reaching their destination, Hestia showed him around, just like she did when they were at war the first time against Kronos and pointed towards his bedroom. "Go take a shower and then come to the kitchen to get something to eat. You look too skinny." she said in a loving tone that Percy didn't know how he wanted to say no, not that he wanted to.
After showering, he went towards the kitchen, trying to remember the path. After getting lost, he smelled a heavenly sent coming from one of the many corridor. He followed the smell and found himself in the kitchen in no time. Hestia laughed at the look in his eyes as if a rabid bear had entered her kitchen and ate everything and that is exactly what Percy did. He ate everything that his aunt had put in front of him, gaining a nod of approval from Hestia.
As they were cleaning up, Percy insisted that he would help and wouldn't take a no for an answer, the doorbell rang, or a small bell at the front door, since any type of technology hadn't been invented yet. Percy answered it and saw the Queen of all gods waiting on the other side. "Percy!" she shouted loudly but lowered her voice after seeing Percy wince. "Are you alright?" she asked, checking him for anything broken or bruised, which he had his ribs a bit bruised and so was his back, which Hera gave him some ambrosia for them to heal, and was immensely tiered, but no cuts or broken bones, causing to Hera to sigh a breath in relief. "Young man, you need to go to sleep right this instant, you hear me." She demanded in a firm but worried tone.
Percy was now feeling the affects of the curse after the fight, causing him to sway a bit, but kept a hand firmly on the door frame to keep from falling. He nodded, gave one last hug to his non-official mother, and dragged his feet towards his bedroom, faintly hearing Hestia telling him goodnight.
Reaching his bedroom, he stripped off everything except his underwear, and flopped down on his insanely soft bed, the perks of being the goddess of homes and warmth. Before he had even hit the pillow, he was already asleep.
