It had been moved up by Coin as she wanted to show that there could still be happiness while at war. She had ordered the camera crew to film it and them it would be put live. Lilith didn't really know what she was getting out of this but agreed anyway.
Lilith now stood in Effi's room as said woman tried to use Cinna's notebook to gain some kind of idea for her dress. Lilith didn't really want anything fancy but Effi had gone off on a rant saying that her dress had to be perfect, so she went along with it.
As Efii held up scraps of different fabric to her body, muttering about what would look good, Lilith sighed. She had been standing there for about 40 minutes and Effi wouldn't let her sit. Her head turned towards the door as it opened and Leto walked in.
"Thank god," Lilith muttered under her breath. Effi looked offended and Lilith shrugged in apology.
"I'll take it from here Effi," Leto said.
"Ok, fine by me. She's so complain-y," Effi replied before walking out. Lilith flopped onto Effi's bed.
"So what do you want it to look like?" Leto asked.
"I want it to be bold. Not basic," she responded. Leto nodded before looking at the fabric littered all around the room and gaining an idea. She gathered all the white fabric and smiled.
"Well, it is going to be white. But it won't be basic. I'll get you to try it on in a few days. Go spend time with your fiance." Leto ushered her out so she walked towards her room.

Lilith was beyond excited. Leto had designed her a beautiful dress and she was now getting ready. Leto zipped up the back and she turned around, "You look beautiful."
Lilith looked back in the mirror and a smile graced her lips.

She loved the design and it was anything but basic, with the slit up the leg and the exposed skin on either side of her stomach.
"Ok, it's time. Are you ready?" Leto asked.
"I am more than ready," Lilith replied. Leto guided her out of the room where they met up with Jackson, "You look like an actual human in a tux."
"Shut up. This tie is irritating me," Jackson replied pulling at his collar. She rolled her eyes playfully and they linked arms. They gracefully descended the stairs and walked through the doors.
Green trees among rows of seats stood before them and a quaint alter stood at the front. Lilith bit her lip. Nervousness had been building in her stomach but when she saw Finnick's warm smile, it all faded away.
"Fish boy actually looks good in a suit," Jackson muttered as they walked down the aisle. Lilith lightly slapped him. As she approached Finnick his smile grew.
"You look beautiful," Finnick whispered.
"Thank you."
"Welcome, loved ones. We are gathered here today to join Lilith Viper and Finnick Odair in holy matrimony," A district 4 officiant spoke.
"I, Lilith Viper, take you, Finnick Odair, as my husband from this day forward. My life is entangled with yours, my dreams, are your dreams and forever with you is simply not enough."
"I Finnick Odair, take you Lilith Viper, as my wife from this day forth. Together or apart, we will always be united. One life, one purpose, one destiny."
"You may kiss the bride," the man said.
Finnick smiled down at her and placed a gentle kiss on her lips. Claps echoed around the room and joy, filled her body as she smiled into the kiss.
