Chapter Four

I awoke sometime early in the morning, I yawned and looked down seeing the elf snuggled into my side I smiled, putting my head back onto the floor looking at the celling. I sighed before slowly sitting myself up, grabbing fresh boxers, and robes peeking out the window, It was barely morning the sun was just coming up. "Elf, you need to wake up and get dressed, the portal master will be here soon." She quickly shot up looking at me nervous "Morning kaos." I smiled warmly at her and walked over offering my hand to help her get up "Please don't mention anything that happened between us to the Portal master--"she paused walking to to get her clothes "Or anyone?" my eyes widened "Are you embarrassed?" she perked up and smiled "Noo, its just before anyone knows I want us to hang out a little more, thats all." I sighed and walked over to her, kissing her forehead "As you wish Skylander." She looked up "Just call me Stealth elf, everyone else calls me that." I smiled again and walked her to the door "Well I'll see you a little later before you head off on your mission elf." She smiled and I opened the door for her.

"Hello darling." I froze and looked up seeing the portal master in-front of the door, the air was foggy and she looked down clearly fuming "Did you have fun my darling elf?" her eyes quickly turned red and started glowing, turning the fog a bright red "Portal master--" She backed up a few steps "What are you doing here so early??"   "I came to surprise you, but I hadn't found you in your bed so I asked around and Cali told me everything." She snapped her head over to me and I gulped "Kaos, how dare you."  she walked in the house staring down at me anger fuming, she raised her hand and i prepared to get slapped when it never came I opened my eyes seeing her grab Stealth elf and walking out slamming the door behind her. I Stood there, filling up with rage and jealousy that she just took my elf away I opened the door quickly, raising my hand and hitting the  portal master with a spell causing her to get launched away from the Skylander. She stood up the fog around her glowing a bright red as she jumped up turning around quickly "kaos, how unfortunate for you." suddenly her eyes rolled into the  back of her head and her eyes replaced by a bright red glow as she began floating into the air raising her hands, charging a powerful blast, in this moment I knew, I fucked up. I watched as I was hit with this blast I felt my skin melt, and my bones burn I was cremated alive--

I suddenly Jolted awake startling the Skylander by my side "Are you okay kaos?" I took a deep breath before slowly sitting up. "I'm fine I Just had a bad dream." She sighed and leaned into my shoulder I peered out the window seeing the sun was barely out, so I got up and began getting dressed in fresh clothes "You need you head to your room my dear." She looked up at me and nodded, and started collecting her clothes "Are you excited about the mission today? you get to save those mills." I looked at her and she just nodded "I just wish we didn't have to get up so early." she stood up, buttoning her shirt "I know my dear." she looked at me "Kaos please don't let the portal master about what happened, she'll kill you." I nodded understanding, walking over to her kissing her forehead "Well let me at least walk you to the door." she smiled as we began walking to the door. I was praying the portal master wasn't on the other side of the door, I opened it slowly nervous, seeing nobody I let out a sigh of relief as stealth elf stood in the doorway "I'll see you later kaos." she smiled and I grabbed her hands before she ran off "Indeed I will Skylander." I gave her a quick kiss before she ran off to her bedroom to change. I closed the door and began cleaning up our mess from last night.

[Mission dialog and the mission take off]

"I am so fired up to be back in the game Skylander, you missed flying with me, didn't you? come on, admit it."  "Sure Flynn" the portal master answered quickly "Good! now, let's go save this magical mystic mill place." I glanced at the portal master she seemed tired, or more so irritated today. I watched as they walked with Flynn to his ship and boarded it, I looked up and the elf was staring at me. I blushed and quickly put my head down. "Boom, boom and BOOM!!! now fasten your safety belt, skylander, its about to be a awesome ride!" I looked back up when the ship as it was taking off and the portal master was glaring daggers at me, my eyes widened as she didn't break eye contact until the ship was out of sight. I was nervous, did she know? but how? I looked at Cali and Buzz who just looked away quickly "What are you looking at stupid's?"  "Did you manage to anger the portal master because she was really angry today and kept glaring at you." she paused before laughing "Did you upset the portal masters favorite?" I looked at her offended "Why would I try to upset or hurt the skylanders when I'm literally working with you losers now." that stupid buzz chimed in "Well someone reported to the portal master about her elf screaming from your house last night and assumed you injured her." I froze in place my face heating up in embarrassment "I didn't hurt her, she was trying to get some coins and landed on her ankle funny, and I Was trying to aid her." he was skeptical but just shrugged and walked off, I gulped we where too loud last night.. Next time we'll be more quiet.
