me and alex grabbed our surfboards and ran to the beach, going out the door we shouted to nash hayes and cam to hurry up. we went straight into the ocean without hesitation, we come here so much we are pretty much used to the cold water, we were sitting on our surfboards in the water when I look back and see nash, cam, and hayes running to the water. oh gosh cameron looks so adorable, wait what? no, nevermind I never said that. i whip my head back to the ocean as I see a huge wave coming, the boys catch up to us as we get ready to catch the huge wave. when it came we all got up onto our feet and caught the wave, the wind hitting my face, my hair flying back, i felt free. today is the last day of summer and tomorrow it's back to hell, we were trying to enjoy it to the fullest! after surfing for a couple hours and the occasional splashing water to each other and laughing, we went to our favorite ice cream place, "benji's icecream parlor!" we chanted entering as the owner laughs at us and says hi to all of us. "hey!" we hum back. we put our surfboards in their original places and go to our booth. i got a. vanilla strawberry swirl, alex got a chocolate with sprinkles, cam got a rocky road, nash got a chocolate, and hayes got mint. as we ate and joked around I saw out of the corner of my eye alex looking at jack, jack gilinsky, one of the hottest guys in our school. she has a major crush on him, I snapped my fingers in front of her face she flinched out of her trance. I laughed at her reaction, "dude you're whipped." "shut up, I wasn't the one staring down cameron earlier" she smirked. my eyes widened as I blushed. "SHUT UP ALEX!" I yelled at her, the boys looked at me and cameron laughed as I looked down embarrassed. what's happening to me?! im not? oh gosh. I like cameron dallas... I like cameron dallas. god I wanna kill myself now, this cannot happen!
we cleaned up and went back over to the grier house, we all went into my room and eventually we all showered and got into clothes. alex turns on the tv and enters the movie 22 jump street then jumps in bed, as we all cuddle watching the movie I see alex smirking at me and I cuddle with cameron, I laugh and I see hayes smiling like a dork with alex wrapped around his arm. I smirk at him as he blushes and looks down, sooner or later we all fall asleep in those positions and wake up at like midnight. hayes goes to his room and cam and nash go to nash's room while me and alex fall asleep in my bed again. "today was fun, too bad we have to go to school tomorrow..." alex mumbles "same alex same." I whisper back. then we doze off...
