complicated ~ c.d [on hold]

kiss p.2 ~ c.d

I decided to write a part two since it ended with them just sleeping.
      *same morning*
I woke up again, the same time as alex actually, I turn to my side seeing her stretch out and get out of bed so I do the same. she never minds when I just fall asleep in her room, it's actually pretty normal to us, as we walk downstairs I smell food, my stomach does a low growl as I rub it realizing how hungry I was.
when we get to the kitchen the smell was explained, cameron was standing there making loads of pancakes, like enough to feed an elephant, me and alex go wide eyed when we see the stacks and stacks of pancakes sitting there, our eyes go to him and he's just standing there... smiling at us. "we, girls, are going to do a little challenge." he smirks and laughs a little. I get scared because I can eat a lot, just not THAT much... "what kind of challenge?" alex states almost immediately looking excited to even be near the pancakes. "you guys, have to eat your half of the pancake stack. whoever eats them all the fastest wins." we has a proud smile on his face and it looks like he's spent almost all his morning on this. "mhm okay, I'm in!" alex has a little sparkle in her eyes like she's in a dream come true and frankly I had to support her on it because I was hungry and ready to dig in. "okay let's do it." I boldly state, cameron runs around the kitchen grabbing plates, forks, knifes, and starting counting how many pancakes there are dividing it by 3 and handing us our plate. "ok, 3... 2... 1... GO!" cameron yells, we all immediately start eating going through that pancakes fast, I think at one point I mini barfed, it was intense and we were all into it, no talking, no the only thing you could hear was the sound of the silverware hitting the plates, we were going fast.
  we were all each on our last pancake and I begin to eat a little slower being full didn't help, but I kept pushing myself to keep going. I take my last bite and yell "IM DONE!!" I look to my side as both of them are finishing their last bites and laugh. "we gave up a long time ago dude." alex snorts a laugh "wow thanks guys could've just let me win ya know." I see cameron get up and grab a camera from the kitchen and goes "the winner is keylaa!!!" he says fake cheering. I laugh "why were you recording it?" "to remember this moment." he simply smiled through the sentence. I felt a faint grin start the creep up on my face, and I just sat there smiling like an idiot, for no reason really. I was just happy, to be with them, I got up and grabbed alex's arm "come on girl we are gonna do something today and I don't care what you think." I drag her up the stairs and push her in the bathroom "shower. now" I shut the door on her face and walk around jumping in her bed turning on the t.v I hear her shower turn on and I smile to myself because I wasn't gonna be bored all day today. I decided that maybe cam should come with? I ran down stairs and went to the second bathroom, the one cameron uses and it had a shower so I simply ran to cameron pushed him into the bathroom and yelled "shower now!!! we're gonna do something." he smiles "okay okay I'm going!!" when i shut the door I run back up and sit on her bed watching t.v waiting for my favs.
when they were finally ready, and god it took them forever, I told cameron where I wanted to go. "bens pizza place" I whispered into his ear "you know we're banned from there right?" he simply states "yeah I know that's why this will be fun!" I jumped up and down getting into the passenger seat while alex goes into the back. I guess she was still tired because she fell back asleep in the back while me and cameron just talked, no specific topic we just kind of... talked.
to my luck while we were talking he mentions the whole room thing, "why did you pull away... you know when I leaned in." he mumbled the sentence almost like he was embarrassed to even be asking that question. "um I was just, I don't know, I felt like it was wrong." "did I do something?" his face is laced with fear "no! no no! you didn't do anything it was me, I just felt like I wasn't supposed to be there at that time. you know with you." I faded off with that last sentence he looked at me with disbelief "so you left." I looked at him "yup." I looked down realizing how awkward this got. When we were close to the pizza place alex woke up. "I have to pee." she's all sleepy so we stop at the pizza place like the original plan and let her use the bathroom, instead of waiting cameron grabs my arm and drags me to the parking lot. before I can ask what is he doing he turns around and slams his soft lips onto mine. I was surprised but didn't care, we were standing there having a heated make out session in a parking lot, in public... "GROSS" I hear alex run to the car and slam the door. I run to the car but the doors are locked and alex has the keys, "explain." she looks at me with a dark dark glare "uh me and your brother kissed." I simply throw out "you guys are so gross I didn't need to know that." she opens the car doors and we get in and decided to ditch pizza because we were so full from the pancakes.
  we ended up going home getting absolutely nothing done today, but I suggested we watch a movie and eat snacks so we put on Clueless and lay on the couch with all the snacks you can imagine. then I realized, it doesn't matter if I don't do anything all day, as long as I have my favs I'm okay. I smiled to myself and slowly dozed into a state of sleep.

    this is a filler chapter just cuz idk I don't know how to make it all dramatic so I'm gonna get some ideas and write more :) xoxo - k 💞
