You lost both of your parents,
I can't imagine how hard that was,
I'm sorry I couldn't be the one to hold you through those nights,
I'm sorry I couldn't be a bright enough light,
I know I'll grow old,
And still think about you,
I know I'm not forgetting you for a reason,
I know you're my twin flame,
You loved me when nobody did,
As I sit here in my room all alone,
My eyes fill with tears,
But they never run out of my eyes,
I wish you told me the lies,
Your ex who you went back to,
I saw it in his Instagram,
But I never said anything,
Because I knew you needed someone to hold you,
But that couldn't have been me,
The distance wasn't easy,
But nothing is when it's worth it,
I just hope, I hope he took away your pain.
But now you're forever gone,
