Two hours later, Klaus and Hayley arrived home, to find Rebekah sat reading, Lucifer pouring a drink and Elijah stood with a glass of blood, reading a newspaper.

"Hey you two, I-" Rebekah looked up at them and tilted her head. "Hayley, what happened? You look like somebody roughed you up."

Klaus bit his lip to stop himself from laughing and Hayley sighed softly. "Yeah, there was a little conflict at the meeting but, don't worry, all sorted now."

"That's funny, actually because I asked Camille to pass something along to Klaus, to pass to me." She folded her arms as his eyes widened and Lucifer turned his attention to them, listening subtly. "Do you have it?"

Klaus went silent for a moment. "Oh, yes." He fumbled in his pockets and took out a twenty dollar bill. "She said buy it yourself you lazy sod."

Rebekah smiled slightly and leant back in her chair. "It's hand made from her, I can't buy it. Why would she say that?"

"Because she doesn't like you."

Hayley rolled her eyes and put her head in her hands as Rebekah groaned and took the money from him.

"You are the single worst liar I've ever met. What were you really doing?"

"You don't wanna know."

"Disgusting."

She left the room and Lucifer smirked to himself. It took him a minute, but he knew.

Hayley went to her room and got into some different clothes, then went through to Hopes room where she lay sleeping in her crib.

"So you and Klaus huh..?"

She looked to the doorway to see Lucifer smirking.

"Shut up!" She whispered and pulled him into the room, closing the door behind him.

"How did you know??"

"The real question is how did anyone else not know? It was so obvious-"

"Okay but please don't tell anyone yet.."

"I won't, I swear."

She sighed and rubbed her head.

"How long have you guys.."

"Two weeks exactly."

"I'm happy for you. Just don't let him knock you up again."

She laughed and shook her head.

"I won't. I've learned my lesson. Speaking of, when are Chloe and Trixie coming over? They still haven't met Hope yet."

"Actually-"

Muffles shouting came from downstairs.

"Lucifer! We're here!"

Hayley looked to him with a smile.

"They were supposed to arrive while you were out, but I suppose you can't predict traffic."
