"Hayley?! What the bloody hell are you doing here?!"

Rebekah looked up to see Hayley stood in-front of her.

"Just thought I'd swing by home."

"Swing by? There are people out there looking for you! I'm not going to let you hurt anyone."

"Don't worry, Bekah. I won't hurt anyone." She smiled to her warmly as Rebekah stood from her seat.

"Your humanity's back?"

"Not quite.."

Rebekah tilted her head.

"You see, I had a plan. I knew that when I lost my emotions, that I'd do something horrible. So, I finally learned how to use my wings, and I had a little talk with my uncle Micheal.

I knew he'd be the only person willing to do it.."

"Do what?"

Hayley went silent for a moment before continuing.

"I showed him where Lucifers flaming sword would be kept, and I made him promise me that once he knew for sure that my emotions were gone.."

"..he would kill you.."
Rebekahs hand flew over her mouth as tears began streaming down her face.

"I'm sorry, Rebekah. I'd rather die knowing that you were all safe that continue living in a world where you knew that some monster wearing my skin was terrorising the world that your nieces and nephew would have to grow up in."

"Then how are you here?!"

"Just think of it as the final rounds, I suppose. I love you, Rebekah, and I know that you're gonna make a great mother some day.."

They both laughed a little, each of them crying.

"I love you too Hayley. I promise, we'll do our best to keep your memory alive."

-

"HAYLEY!" Klaus walked along the beach, calling her name.

"You called?"

He looked beside him to see Hayley stood there.

"There you bloody well are, I've been looking for you all over!"

"You won't find me, my love."
Klaus tilted his head as she sat on the golden sand, letting her hands sink in.
"Sit with me."

He sat beside her, confused.

"Is your humanity back?"

"In a way."
She sighed contently and watched the ocean.

"Remember what you told me? About how you'll think of me in all the good times..?"

"Of course. When the rain finally stops pouring, when I finish a painting-"

"-or when the sky is red."
She looked over at the distorted reflection of the scarlet sky on the ocean surface.
