That Morning

Your eyes fluttered open you could hear crickets and it was kind of cold so you put the pieces together, it was still night. You could feel that Toph was still laying on you, you slowly moved her so that you could stand up. You slowly picked her up bridal style, when you had her in your arms she adjusted a little bit and you were worried that she woke up. You had figured out the layout of the place you were staying so you took her to your room and later her on your bedding and you later next to her she immediately cuddled up to you burying her head in your chest. There was no way you could stay awake. You fell back asleep with a huge smile on your face.

You were soon woke up by a faint "~oOoOo~" you automatically knew who was at the door. "Go away Sokka" you said as you threw a pillow at him anger and annoyance thick in your voice. Sokka laughs "ok I will leave you two love birds alone~". Before you could do anything else to him he left and went towards the eating area, Toph groaned and sat up. You finally got up and stretched, you felt a pair of arms wrap around your torso and leans against you. You hug her back, the both of you stood there for a while then decided to go get some food. After you ate the both of you went out on the town to look around and find out what was around.

You were walking around and talking to people when you heard a whistle "what are two pretty ladies like you doing~" you turned around gritting your teeth "what?", "You heard me" he said you could tell that he was grinning, you could tell he was getting closer and closer "I have a friend and we would love to take the both of you out~" cockiness in his voice. "No thanks" you turn around ready to walk away grabbing Toph's wrist and walking when you feel a tug, he had grabbed your wrist "let go of me before you regret it." You were ready to fight letting go of Toph and using that hand to open the canister of water you kept on you. He tugged at your wrist "come on don't play hard to get" flirtiness thick in his voice. Without a second thought you water bend and grab him lifting him up, he let go of you wrist pleading for you to put him down. You let him drop down on the ground with a thud. He quickly ran away, you put your arm around Toph in a possessive manner. That was enough for the both of you to want to go back to the group, when you got back you just talked to each other for the rest of the day.
