Lincoln is killed and is trapped in a realm of nightmarish mazes with a mysterious woman, his only hope of survival is to find a way to escape the darkness.
[We see Lincoln in the portal but not in the level]
Lincoln: Huh?
Bierce: You'll need inhuman speed to get past that barrier. Good thing I'm here to help, huh?
Lincoln: Yeah!
Bierce: Go to the ring altar. I can unlock the power to boost your speed for brief periods.
[Lincoln jumps back into the Ballroom]
[Lincoln touches the altar and gains his first ability]
Bierce: Use it wisely. And don't thank me - we'll work that out later.
Lincoln: Thank You, Bierce.
[He jumps back in the portal]
Lincoln: Okay, Let's try this.
[Lincoln speeds through the barrier and into the level]
[Lincoln come out of the portal and notices he is in a school]
Bierce: Don't you ever miss your school days?
[Lincoln walks through the hallway and there is another barrier]
Bierce: Another barrier. You know what to do.
[Lincoln speeds through the barrier and into an auditorium]
[the stage lights activate, music plays and Agatha will teleport onto the stage]

Agatha: Oh a-
[Agatha looks at Lincoln and blushes very red]
Agatha: O-oh, a new friend! I'm so excited! Welcome! I heard we might be getting a new student here soon, so I put together this little welcoming party for ya. It's nice to have someone new to play with. Don't tell the others, but they've been getting pretty boring lately. Hehe! But you'll spice things up around here, won't ya? You can share everything with me; all your secrets, all your mistakes, all your pain. That's what best friends are for, right?
[Agatha disappears, and the school bell rings]
Bierce: Looks like school is back in session...
[Lincoln goes through the door and starts collecting the shards]
Agatha: Ready or not, here I come!
[Lincoln is running through the hallway but Agatha is right behind him]
Agatha: I'm gonna get you! I'm gonna get you! I'm gonna get you!
Lincoln:[speed] Huh-ha!
[Lincoln runs down a hallway but Agatha teleports in the hallway and charges at him]
Lincoln: WHAT THE FREAK!!![speeds off]
[Time passes on and Lincoln has collected half of the ring pieces]
