"Thank you." Izuku's voice came out a bit too quiet for Yamada to hear, but the slight bow before he left inside gave the message just as well.
Yamada stood still, just making sure Izuku made it inside his home. But when he finally made it inside Yamada left as quickly as he could. Not wanting to make him feel uncomfortable.
--------
Izuku slid down the door, he was way to exhausted. Both from the running he did and from the social interaction.
"Izuku?" Inko called out, worry filled her voice. Immediately guilt flooded Izuku. His mom didn't need to worry about him.
As soon as Izuku closed the door his mom came running from his room. Eyes puffy and tears running down her face. When they made eye contact Inko filled with relief, and ran to hug her son. Who she thought was missing. I mean, it had been 8 hours.
"Izuku I thought you were dead!" Inko cried into her son's shoulder. Izuku forced a smile, and apologized profousley.
--------
Inko lay in her bed, her eyes hurt from crying so much and she wanted nothing more than to fall asleep. But the expression her son wore stuck with her. A small, but bright, smile. It was bright, but not nearly as bright as it used to be. Something of a fake smile.
It hurt Inko as she knew of her son's struggles, but she couldn't do anything. She couldn't sue the school and it was the only one in their area. No one would help her, hell if she even found a judge who wasn't corrupt it would be a miracle.
Then a idea struck Inko, she might not find a non-corrupt judge but she could be the non-corrupt lawyer. It would provide a better path for Izuku. Maybe she could pay for his self defense classes again. She had good grades, and she is very smart. Of course she doesn't mean to brag, but she might be able to get a scholarship.
Inko stood up all night searching this option through. Safe to say that she was deliriously tired for her morning shift at the local cafè.
--------
Izuku woke up, incrediably tired. In fact he wasn't even sure he got any sleep. But he had to make breakfast.
He just made some bacon and eggs, too tired for anything else. And he scurried up the stairs once again to fall asleep. Not eating anything himself.
--------
"Hurry up idiot!" A boy voice sounded, obviously still in middle school.
"I'm hurrying, stop rushing me!" Another voice yelled as they covered their face with a beanie with cut out holes.
"H-hey guys, isn't this a little.. Much?" Yet another voice quivered in fear.
"Shut uppp they can afford this." The first male groaned out, annoyed at the third.
They ran to the apartment building, not quite sure what was going to happen. Just sure that they were going to rob this apartment building.
--------
Mitsuki Bakugo, she could very well afford a house but she wanted to keep close with her childhood best friend. And keep near Izuku, good god Izuku, she knew what happens at school. Of course not how bad it was but she knew he was getting bullied.
She had comforted Inko in her arms the night before, poor Inko was terrified for her son. And Mitsuki was about to go check up on her when a knock sounded.
She opened the door, and immediately they jumped at her. She tried to yell out but one had a sound canceling quirk. Mitsuki had to stay silent as she watched them trash her house, all while in fear of them finding her son.
