Izuku texted Shoto as soon as he passed by the park again. It was late at night, but the park's beautifully crafted lamps lit the newly paved street. Benches scattered across the colorful playground. Izuku decided to take a seat on the swings, he opted for the red one instead of the blue. He sat there for minutes, his mind zoning out. Without him knowing time passed easily.

"H̷ ̷E̷ ̷L̷ ̷P̷" A broken shout broke the silence. Izuku wouldn't have even realized he heard the sound had it not been for the man getting dragged back into an alleyway. Izuku immediately jumped onto his feet. And ran to the alley, doing his best to stay out of view.

"Goddamn fu-" there was a loud crash, masking the string of curses coming from the hooded figure. A yelp came from the person who had been thrown. Telepathy? A strong type too, perhaps a stronger version of my mom's. Izuku studied the figure, the body type was that of a woman.

The woman's eyes darted to the man's legs, and he got flipped upside down hanging in the air by his legs. Izuku judged this and decided that the woman's quirk is limited to what she's staring at.

With this knowledge, and youthful arrogance, he darted forward. He jumped at her, just as she turned her head to look at him. He was caught in mid-air. And the man dropped to the floor, head first, knocked out cold. Izuku struggled against nothing, his arms and legs fighting air, His chest wouldn't move so he couldn't breathe. Izuku could do nothing but hope that her quirk's time frame ran out.

Then, Izuku had an idea. Izuku could move every other limb except his torso, and his oxygen was running out so he had one shot at this. Izuku reached into his jacket pocket, and his grip found his phone. Immediately the woman's focus switched to Izuku's arm, and Izuku's body fell, the tip of his shoe just barely reaching the floor. His whole arm felt like it would come out of its socket at any second. But he had to continue, he walked as far as he could without ripping his arm off. Then his legs went motionless, but he was close enough. He delivered a quick punch to her gut with his left hand. The punch sent her to her knees, she coughed nothing up.

Izuku quickly lifted his foot up above the woman, then kicked it down as fast as he could, her back bent inward, and a small crack sounded. Izuku figured her back was fractured at most. Izuku took a long breath in. His injuries hadn't even healed and his arm still was probably pulled out it's socket.

"Fu-" Izuku was cut off by a text notification. Izuku stiffened, and he slowly looked at his phone.

Shoto 🤍❤

You

Hey Shoto! It's me, Izuku :p
Hello, Izuku. :)

Izuku couldn't help but laugh at the comical timing of the text. He saw his phone was at 2 percent, so he quickly opened google maps. And jotted down his location in his notebook. He swiftly opened his messages app, and scrolled for Naomasa. Once he found Naomasa his phone's screen turned black.

Izuku would have cursed right then and there, but he'd already cussed 2 times today.

---

As Izuku trudged into his home he kicked his shoes off, and immediately went to his room to plug his phone into the charger. He walked out into the hallway, knowing exactly where he was going.

See, Inko was somewhat of a hoarder. Not extreme but she had enough to fill a closet. Really it was convenient, Izuku took his old burner phone, a miracle it was still working and charged. He all but walked to his room again, fished out his notebook and flipped the page to Naomasa's. He punched in Naomasa's number, and texted him.

69th avenue street 2nd alleyway in the left
Bring handcuffs, and hurry they'll wake soon

Izuku just left it at that, too tired to say anything else. He turned his burner phone off, dug some more in the closet for a charger and plugged it in. Then he walked up to his bed, and flopped down. Izuku Instantly regretted it, a sharp pain in his stomach told him so. Izuku groaned and turned on his side, falling asleep almost immediately.

---

Naomasa pushed his paperwork aside, it was finally done. He was ready to go home when he got a text. He unlocked his phone, opening the text. As soon as he read it he immediately called it in.

"Hey, Naomasa! Good call, we just got the videofeed back!" Eizo ran up to Naomasa. Holding up a hand. Naomasa high fived him.

"I got alerted." Naomasa remarked, his expression giving away how dangerous this was. "Aren't you supposed to be working on 'the' paperwork?" Naomasa glared at Eizo. He was talking about quirk trafficking. Naomasa had to tie up loose ends at the department so Eizo had paperwork duty.

"Already done." Eizo smirked proudly. "Guess it goes along better when you don't have a piercing headache every two seconds." Naomasa groaned, the people at the police station had way too much knowledge on his migraines.

"I mean, it can't be helped, I use my quirk all the time." Naomasa said, matter of factly. He couldn't turn it off, it took a toll on his relations, as useful as it was it also had physical effects on him such as headaches and migraines.

"Okay, whatever, what'd ya mean you got 'alerted'?" Eizo asked, looking back at the criminal.
Her back was horribly bruised

"I mean I got a text from an unknown number." Naomasa explained, "And no, they can't be traced. We've already tried, that's the reason I was late."

"Well, are we looking for another villain?" Eizo glanced back to Naomasa. Naomasa thought for a second.

"Probably not, you see over there?" Naomasa pointed to a blind spot in the camera, where you could see someone drop down, a small blood pool appeared. "A victim," Naomasa pointed to the blood on the camera. "A villain," Then he pointed to the knocked out person in front of them. "And a vigilante."
