Chapter 34 - Preparing For War

Rian's POV

We all separated ways and went home after the discussion. I'm pretty sure that Takemitchy will call Chifuyu and tell him the whole information we just got.

Well... I just stayed home and tried to tidy up the information I got from those letters Izana wrote to Shinichiro nii. It was hella creepy to be honest, sending these much letters to your friend.

I slept at 12 am that day. I was woken up by the sound of my ringtone. Who the fuck would call anyone at this hour? I looked at my phone and it was Takemitchy. I picked up the phone.

"Hello? Shi San?"

"Whaaaaat is it?? Calling someone at this hour.... It's literally 1 am right now."

"I'm sorry about it, but it's important!"

He told me everything, including how he will become the 11th Generation's leader of the Black Dragon, and how Mucho is the traitor of Toman. Koko was also been taken by Mucho.

"Hah...? I'm only gone for one evening and this much happened??" I can't help but feel shocked.

"I know... It's pretty unexpected, too. Mikey is holding an emergency gathering at Musashi Shrine at 2 am."

"Ah.... Fuck that guy. Alright then, I'll go get dressed up. Meet you there."

I hung up and went to wake up Satsuki in her room. I barged into her room without knocking cuz I know she won't wake up just by me knocking on the door.

"Oiii, Satsuki!! Wake up! There's an emergency meeting!" I yelled into her ear.

She flipped her body, her arms slapping my face.

"Got it... Shut up for a bit will ya..."

"Get changed, be ready before 1:30 am ya."

I walked out of her room by that.

She came out of her room not long after. Wearing the uniform, while I'm wearing my jacket, and my headphones, too. We both hopped on our bikes then drove off.

We met Taka chan, Hakkai and Smiley on the way. We were chatting cuz why not. It's boring to just ride our way to the shrine without a sound.

It was a peaceful ride, until a feeling of something cold hit my head from behind. I fell out of my bike, I can already feel liquid coming out from my head. Pretty sure it was blood.

I'm unable to move. Everything felt numb. I looked up and saw Taka chan, Smiley on the ground bleeding out too. Satsuki was calling out for me while Hakkai was on his phone, probably calling an ambulance.

"Tenjiku those mother fuckers...."
Satsuki mumbled. She's crying with an irk mark on her temples.

I couldn't remember shit from then on, I must've passed out.

3rd person POV

"The emergency meeting of Toman vs Tenjiku starts now!!" Draken yelled at the crowd.

"Listen carefully, everyone. Today, on the 22nd February, Tenjiku and Toman will have a full confrontation. The war is finally starting. Be prepared, brace yourselves. Tenjiku is not the type to play around. They claimed themselves as a 'Criminal Organisation'. So the WILL use dirty tricks. " Draken stated.

The atmosphere from the crowd was pretty tensed up.

" Then Toman must do the same!!! " A voice yelled out from behind the crowd. Everyone turned their heads, it was Hakkai and Satsuki.

Satsuki's eyes were red and puffed up from crying.

"Fuck them with their dirty tricks!!" Satsuki yelled.

"On the way here, Taka chan, Smiley and Shi got attacked!"
Hakkai exclaimed.

The crowd's eyes widened.

"HUH??!"

"You're kidding right??!"

"We were on our bikes until those Tenjiku mother fuckers hit them from behind with a pipe! Now the three of them are lying in the hospital unconscious! Those mother fuckers will attack by any means!!" Satsuki said, tears running from her eyes again.

"At this point, Toman will lose!!" Hakkai said, boldly.

"Look around you! The first division are all injured! The second division, fourth division and second vice president are not here! Third division captain is absent! And the fifth division's captain is a traitor, now under Tenjiku!!" Hakkai yelled out all his words in one go.

The crowd went silent for a second. Then started.

" Yeah! Hakkai's right! "

" Toman will lose at this rate! "

" Let's play dirty against Tenjiku too! "

" Let's all use weapons!! "

The crowd was noisy until Peh flashed his bike's lights to the crowd.

"Shut the fuck up man. Who gave you the permission to be this noisy?" He stared into the crowd.

"You're scared of losing... That you thought of surprising them with weapons?" Peh lowered his head, his eyes met the ground.

"Pah chin got arrested for using weapons. In resentment, I attacked Draken with it, too. I played dirty. Mikey told me... 'I don't want to fight the likes of you.' that's why I'm here right now. So... This time around, like Mikey was saying... I don't want to fight like a coward anymore! " Peh raised his head again, meeting all the eyes that were staring at him.

" Hakkai! I understand the anger to what they did to Mistuya and Shi san. But look at Mikey! Do you think he's okay with that? "

Hakkai and Satsuki's eyes traced to Mikey, only to see his eyes, almost filled with anger.

"Hakkai. I want you to stay beside Mitsuya and Shi." Mikey said.

"Huh?! Hold on! I want to fight those bastards who attacked Tak-" before Hakkai could finish, Mikey cut him off.

"I'm not worried about their condition."

Hakkai stopped.

"As soon as those guys open their eyes, they will definitely run to join the war. Please, stop that from happening."

Mikey and Hakkai's eyes meet.

"It'll be hard for me to move if I'm worried about them. Leave your mission to Takemitchy's team."

"Yes sir!" Takemitchy replied.

"Listen here you guys..." Mikey said to the crowd.

"We might not have our captains with us in this battle... But I'm here, so it'll be alright!" He said as he smiled.

"Let's crush Tenjiku!!"

With that being said, the crowd started cheering, loud.
