Chapter 22 - Bloody Halloween

~Flashback ~ (Two years ago at June)

Rian's POV

We were going to hang out at the shrine, as usual. I was sitting behind Draken on his bike.

We're riding on the road, when we spot Baji and Mikey in front of us, waiting for the traffic light to turn green.

"My Goki's the best in Tokyo!" I heard Baji said.

Draken sped off to their side and stopped.

"Huh? The best in Tokyo? My Zephyr's the best bike in Japan. " He exclaimed.

I sweatdropped at them, watching the drama.

"Whoa whoa, hold the phone. I can't just sit by and let that slide."

Taka chan then stopped right beside us.

"My sweet little Impulse is the best in the world!"

Another bike seems to stop beside us again, it was Tora.

"Don't bother fighting when you're stuck with gravity. My Rocket's the best in the god damn universe."

"Ha? The fuck was with all that lame ass names??" I exclaimed, deadpanned.

"Oh?? You shits just got your pubes in!"

"Ah?! So did you!"

"Ha?? I've got loads of them since in fifth grade!"

"Hm?! You just put permed hair down your pants!"

I'm like the one eating popcorn, watching all the fights and dramas that's happening in front of me.

"My CBX-400F's the best." Pah rode in front of us, leaving all of us behind.

"Dunno if it's best in the world or universe though. Enough talking shit about stupid crap. Come on, let's race to the Musashi Shrine."

Pah being as calm as usual-

"WAIT, PAH! THAT'S CHEATING!!"

"QUIT BEING SO DAMN LOGICAL ASSHOLE!"

"BRING IT ON, BITCH!!"

"LAST PLACE PAYS THE PRICE!"

They all yelled out with an irk mark on their faces. I just covered my ears from all the loudness that's around me.

We all drove off, but Baji's still behind. Well, guess he's the one losing.

We reached the shrine, climed up the stairs.

" I WON! "

"NO, CLEARLY I'M THE ONE WHO WON!"

"CUT THE SHIT, I'M EARLIER THAN ANY OF YOU!"

I smacked all their heads.

We've been waiting for a good 10 minutes. Draken and Pah was even playing a soccer which came out of nowhere.

Baji finally showed up, carrying Mikey that's sleeping on his back.

" Sup, last place. "

" What took ya..? "

"THIS MATHA FUCKA HAS BEEN DEAD ASLEEP THE WHOLE TIME!!"

"Excuses excuses~"

"Only makin' yourself look worse."

"Hm? We're here?"

"Mikey. Didn't you have something that you wanted to tell everyone?" I reminded him.
