Chapter 19: Bloom

Namjoon was back home the next day .He had been told not to leave the hospital for atleast a week but Namjoon denied to be out of order for this long .Even Jin had requested him to stay there but Namjoon didn't listened to anyone.

Today was Jimin and Yoongi's Wedding Anniversary. And even though the couple weren't going to do any grand celebration as they have planned earlier ,because of Namjoon's injury.He was already guilty that they had to cancel their party just because of him.

"You are more important to us hyung.Our Anniversary will come next year too and then we can throw a large party.Also I really didn't had that many guests coming anyway."

Jimin had told him when Namjoon had protested about cancelling the party.

But that didnt mean they were not going to have a party at all.

Jin and Taehyung had decided that they will throw a small dinner party .The cake was obviously going to be coming from Jin's cafe but for Jimin they had told him that it belonged to Jungkook.

Jin had no problem saying that.Whatever he had was also of Jungkook's and Hoseok's too.

So now here he was watching everyone working and running around the mansion  The servants were helping Jin and Jungkook to cook the dinner who had actively taken the Chef's role .

After the incident Jungkook and Hoseok had met Jimin in the hospital and Jimin the ever social butterfly had immediately befriended them and had already added them to his guests list.

Hoseok was going to come with the cake and Yoongi and Jimin were currently sent outside.They had protested (yoongi)that they dont want to go out when everyone will be working but when Taehyung had used his soulmate card on Jimin .Jimin had then pulled Yoongi out with him.

Namjoon wasn't allowed to move at all.
"You did what you wanted ,now you will Not get off this couch until I tell you okay hyung ? "

Taehyung was not much happy with Namjoon's decision but eventually he gave in but had reprimanded Namjoon and made him promise that he will atleast rest for 3 days .And By rest..Not putting the foot down.He even went as far as to bring him a wheelchair .

So here was Namjoon idling on his wheelchair wearing a linen white shirt and shorts.He wasn't allowed in precinct for 4 more days.He had tried to convince Yoongi but Jimin had threatened Yoongi to not let him come.And who was Yoongi to deny Jimin?

Jin was done with his chicken curry and the turkey was already in the oven all set to get out in 15 .The noodles were drained and the sauce was ready too.Only the beef was remained to cook .The desserts were to be brought from Jin's cafe too.He looked up to see Namjoon trying to get up and he snitched to Taehyung immediately.

"Hyung ! What do you think are you doing ?You want to go back to hospital ?"

"Tae I am getting bored over here...you all are just revolving around me and working and I am here sitting like a sack of potato"

"Come on now you are not a sack of potato ...have you seen your abs ? "
Jin's eyes widened at what Jungkook said.This kid.But wait.

When did he saw Namjoon's abs.Namjoon has abs? Why haven't he seen them then?What...Oh my god Seokjin why the fuck you want to see it.wait .What was the topic again?
Right.How does Jungkook know?

"How do you know about that now kook!!"

"Hyung ,are you kidding me ? He is a police officer and he looks so buff even in his clothes.So obviously he has abs .Dont you hyung?Can you show Jin hyung here so I can prove my point ?"

Jungkook was saying it innocently but Jin was having a embarrassment marathon...why the fuck is this kid asking such things ?

Taehyung was amused by the entire situation. He was also amused to see Namjoon widening his eyes comically and the tint on his cheeks was so adorable he just wanted to squeeze his hyung like right now!
