I was about to do something when Alistaire called my name. I don't know why but I think something's bothering him.
"Why?" I asked, right after I reached him.
"Do you think I am lovable?" He asked. I am shook because I don't see that question coming. Alistaire won't ask me this question if he's not feeling it.
"Yes you are, I mean you're smart, you're talented, you have a good humour, your physical traits are also good. Why, do you have your eyes on someone already?" I asked happily.
Alistair is not a type of person na sasabihin niya saiyong may gusto siya sayo. He's kinda shy when it comes to these matters.
"Yes, I think I already like someone," he said while looking into my eyes. I smiled widely because of that.
"With whom?" I tried to ask. Pero nag kibit balikat lang siya.
Ang swerte naman ng taong nagustuhan niya. He's a very dependable person saakin nga protective na siya paano pa kaya doon sa nagustuhan niya. Hindi ko na siya pinilit para sabihin kong sino iyong gusto niya dahil baka maasar lang siya sa kakulitan ko.
"No matter who she is, if she makes you happy then I'm good with it," I said honestly before tapping his shoulder.
"Hi guys!" masayang bati saamin ni Aly paglabas namin ng library.
"Oh, ano nakain mo ba't ang saya mo ata ngayon?" sarkastikong tanong ni Alistaire inirapan tuloy siya.
"My birthday is coming, kinalimutan niyo nanaman," nagtatampong sabi niya.
"No, hindi ko nakalimutan," I said to defend myself.
"I'll prepare a simple dinner night for us lang, hindi kasi ata a-abot sila mommy they still need to run some business errands sa Europe," she said. I am kinda sad for her, but I also understand her reason.
"I'll come, what do you want?" I asked. Mas mabuti nang alam ko na gusto at magagamit niya iyong ireregalo ko.
"You're presence is already enough Fin," she answered before laughing. I was about to act na nasusuka ako pero naunahan na ako ni Alistaire.
"By the way, I also invited Diego," she said before winking.
"I thought para saatin lang?" tanong agad pabalik ni Alistaire. Hindi ko alam kung ano meron kay Diego at parang hindi sila magkasundo ni Alistaire.
"Diego's my friend hello, tsaka ano ka ba magiging happy yan kaya wala kang choice," natutuwa niyang sabi habang nakatingin saakin.
"Sige na, pupuntahan ko na sila Casper to invite them also," she said before turning her back on us.
After Aly left us Alistaire was looking to me intently like there's something that he wants to say.
"What's with that stare?" I asked.
"Do you really like him?" He asked.
My forehead creased because of his question. Sino ang tinutukoy niya? I don't like someone as of now.
"Huh, who do I like?" nalilito kong tanong pabalik.
"Diego," he said with bitterness laced his voice. May problema talaga itong lalakeng to doon.
"I like him, yes, as a friend, but as of now I don't see myself liking him more than being friends," I answered honestly. Ni hindi ko pa nga kilala ng lubos iyong tao tapos magugustuhan ko na, ano kaya iyon?
"That's nice then," he said before smirking. Tss, weirdo.
Alistaire went to the nearest mall to buy some of his necessities kaya hindi na ako sumama sakanya.
