A run in they'll never forget

Hi everyone! I know it's taken me a very long time to update and I really am sorry but there has been a lot going on in my life that has stopped me from writing. I hope to update more regularly but I am job searching and I will try to updated at least once a week it I can do more then I will. Thank you so much for being patient with me. Now, on to the story!

(Juliannas POV)

It's been months since my useless mate rejected me and I was taking it pretty well I'd say. Since he left not a single rogue has been allowed past the border of my land however should one cross into my territory I let the more violent members of my patrol deal with them. Sure I'm still bitter, but you know what I think I have every right to be, I was abandoned with out so much as a letter or note saying why. To hell with him. To hell with any man who tries to gain my affections I had my mother, sisters and step father and brother and one more brother on the way. They are the only men I need in my life. Who needs a damned mate. Not me.

Don't lie to yourself stupid. You want him back. We both are crying out for him and you know it. My wolf bit at me angrily. 

I ignored her and pushed what she was saying to the back of my head. I can't deal with her right now and her telling me to chase after him. I had better things to do than waste my time looking for my spineless mate. He couldn't even say it to my face! He rejected me from a far. The bastard. What kind of coward, good for nothing..

I was cleaning my room up when I heard a light tapping on my door. It was late so I wasn't really sure who it was. I went over and opened the door and my sister Bella was standing there looking at me wide eyed like she had seen a ghost.

"Bella? Bells what's wrong?" I said shocked as I pulled her into my room and sat her down on my bed. The look in her eyes was familiar not scared but full of shock and wonder. A look I knew all to well.

"I found my mate Jules." she mumbled like she couldn't believe what she was saying.

"Okay," I started, a pang of jealousy running through my heart and my wolf whimpered. I'm happy for them...but it hurts all the same. 

I know it will be okay rest for now let me handle this one. I thought back to her.

"What did you do when you saw him, who was it?" I said trying to sound happy for her.

"It's Gavin Miller, and what do you think I did Jules I ran, I don't want to get hurt. I don't want him to do what Lusius did to you." She stared at me horrified covering her mouth.

"I'm so sorry I didn't mean...I just.." She trailed off. I felt pain stabbed through my heart and wrench itself in. The same old wound dug just a little deeper.

"It's okay Bella I understand. You don't need to explain." I felt my wolf howl in pain being reminded of that awful day.

Gavin Miller, Report to the alphas house with your parents at once. Mother please grab James and meet me and Bella down stairs at once. I sent those messages out to privately through mental link so no one else would here them and I could attend to this in private.

"Bells come on we are going to go down stairs and talk to Mom and James about this. " I told her softly.

She got up still seeming dazed and I lead her down the stairs. Mom and James were already waiting for Bella and I. 

"Is everything okay what's wrong? Is Bella Alright, what's happened Julie?" My mother started to gush but James pulled her back gently. 

"Why don't you let them sit down and tell us first before you confuse poor Bella any more." He smiled at us and I smiled back.
