Chapter 6: The Unexpected Surprise.

"YOUR WHAT?" Mosh yelled shocked and surprised, Lori shivered which was weird because she wasn't cold. "I'm pregnant, do you want anymore explanations?" Lori said sarcastically, Mosh rolled her eyes then replied "No I know how it works, I just can't believe he did that to you!" Mosh said angrily "Hey it was an accident we were both drunk we didn't know what we were doing and besides maybe I want to keep it." Lori argued, because it was just an accident. All of the sudden Zane walked in with  two cups of coffee and a latte, lattes were Loris favorite beverage "Good morning ladies, how's it going?" Zane asked "Why don't you ask her Zane?" Mosh said pointing to Lori like she was accused of murder. "Zane, I'm pregnant." Lori said just in hopes that he wouldn't runaway and act like a mature..well teenager. "Oh, that's cool so what you mean like a food baby or something?" Mosh looked at her brother like he was a complete moron then said sarcastically "Yeah Zane, a food baby one which came out of your ball sack!" Lori shook her head, Mosh was hurt and angry at her brother because she thought he took advantage of Lori and only wanted her for sex. "What's that note thing on the bathroom sink?" Lori asked, she's seen it before but forgot where from "Don't you remember that creepy dude with the black cloak?" Lori then remembered what she was talking about "What creepy dude with a black cloak?" Zane asked, it sounded like he knew this mysterious stranger, Mosh waved him off and just before Mosh was going to hand the note to Lori Zane snatched it right out of her hand. "It's says Dear Lori, you have been chosen to join the Slayer Of The Dead group, your mentor will be Mosh and we know you have to deal with a situation at the moment so we'll give at least a year to sort it out, oh and one more thing your target if you choose to accept which you will, will be... Luke." Zane said it a sad tone only because he could read minds (how ironic!) and he read hers so he knew how close Lori and Luke were. Lori sighed which turned into a sob "Why him, why me?" Lori cried, Zane rushed over to her and tried soothing her by saying "Hey you don't have to do it, it's not like they'll execute you or something." Mosh smirked then lifted up the back if her lilac T-shirt showing a black panther "No, but they'll brand you whether you like it or not." Mosh said almost sounding like one of those scary  voice overs  in those horror movies or like the music video "Thriller." by Micheal Jackson, yeah that's sort of creepy. "So about the baby, I want to keep it." Lori said trying to avoid eye contact with Mosh, Zane's face went tense then when Lori said she wanted to keep it his face went soft "I'm going to be a dad!" Zane said happily "And I'm going to be a mum!" Lori replied, Mosh started getting angrier then as if she were a volcano she blurted out "AND YOUR GOING TO SHOVE THAT THING OUT OF YOUR VAGINA, I HEARD BABY'S HAVE FINGERNAILS SO I HOPE IT SCRATCHES YOU THEN IT'LL TEACH YOU AND YOUR VAG A LESSON!"Lori's jaw dropped to the ground, she thought Mosh was just overreacting but this was ridiculous. "Hey you don't have to be like that, just because you had a miscarriage doesn't mean you have to get all jealous and all!" Lori was guessing Zane was just trying to protect her, so he he probably didn't mean what he said "Mosh, I'm sorry." Zane apologized. Mosh then looked at Lori then Zane with a sad expression "You know what I was going to help you out and all but I changed my mind since you guys are being complete assholes." Mosh cried as she walked away, almost crying. Lori went to chase after Mosh but Zane stopped her "Don't just let her cool off on her own." He said as he gave her a small smile when he found out Lori was still holding onto his hand "So what do we do know?" Asked Lori, Zane shrugged then said "We're sixteen what the hell are we supposed to do, I know we could like start brainstorming names!" He said excitingly, Lori thought that was cute so she laughed then said "OK if it's a girl I like the name Le Raine I know weird huh but.. I like it." Lori and Zane both grinned then he said "I like that too, if it's a boy I like the name...Alex." Lori bobbed her head and without thinking she kissed him. It was a lingering kiss let's just say, then a knock on the door broke it. "Hello, it's me Luke!" Luke yelled as he banged on the door some more "I'll get it." Zane said as he walked up to the door and opened it. He was surprised then disappointed " Aw I thought it was like a pranker or something, what do you want Luke?" Luke rolled his eyes "I wanted to see her not you." Luke said pointing to Lori, Lori then replied "Why is everybody pointing at me!" Zane then turned his head "Who was pointing at you?" Lori said then same thing to Zane like Mosh did "There was a dude in a black cloak and you read the note out and you said I had to kill Luke." Luke nodded then said "Why do you think I'm so pissed, I mean out of everybody they had to choose me!" Lori then argued back saying "Maybe they have something to do with your dissapearance 11 years ago!" Zane looked confused "What dissapearance?" Lori smiled then said "He was taken by scientist's and he hasn't told me why." Luke then waved his arms around then said "Do I have to, it's none of your business we're not even friends anymore!" Lori's jaw dropped yet again shocked at the fact that his childhood friend turned out to be an asshole. "You know what fine, I will kill you when I train myself up."

Luke smirked "I'd like to see you try." and just as he said the word "try" Lori slapped him then said "Get out of my face!" Luke looked as shocked as she was and muttered something under his breathe but Lori could here him loud and clear, it was bitch... how mature.
