Hypothesis Into Conclusion

"I am here already, where are you guys at?", asked Nic.

" I am almost...", the radio cuts off midway. Nic grew somewhat concerned, and tried to radio Leo back. After several attempts, Nic took notice of an odd distortion just above him. He was puzzled as he wondered why this machine created anomalies throughout the area. Suddenly, the distortion began moving rapidly, and with a smirk on his face, he knew what it was. Then, drops down Leo, yelling in excitement, landing on the ground a bit hard.

"Oh man, that was truly wicked!" Exclaimed Leo.

"So, I see you're having a bit fun with these worm holes?"

"Come on, you have to try it out one of these days" replied Leo.

"I'd rather not", said Nic with a smile.

" Where are the others?", asked Nic as he scans the market looking for his other two friends.

"I don't know, I told them to meet you here." He continues to scan from left to right, carefully observing all the crowds of people in the outside market. At last, he sees the two boys getting caught up in the crowds. He waves at them, grabbing their attention, and they begin to head towards him.

"Could you have picked a much more crowded place?" Barry asks sarcastically.

"Took us a while to find you, so, what are we doing here?" Questioned Link.

"I have been working on this project for some time, and now, I think I will be able to bring her through." Nic shows everyone an odd, hand radio-like device he has been communicating with someone very far away. His friends closely inspect the messages that are on the device.

"You.... You can actually talk to her?" Leo asked, as he slowly lifts his head in disbelief.

"Not really talk to her, more like just text her", Nic responds . " She hasn't responded in a couple of days, so, I would like to go ahead and proceed as planned", he added in.

"Does that mean...?", asked Link in excitement.

" Yes", Nic responds. All three boys dropped their jaws in utter shock.

"No way!", Barry says outloud.

" Yes way! Now, let's go." Nic guides the boys further from the market, where they make their way passing by an abandoned school. They continue to walk and eventually pass by a corner store, until they cut through a small alleyway. The boys then proceed to find their way just behind the corner store and finally, they reach their destination. They spread out a bit in the sandy area, and Nic makes his way to this three foot tall, metallic silver cube.

"And this is where it will all happen"

"What is that?" Asked Barry.

"This, this is the Cubix Transporter", Nic replies, " This machine alone is what will allow her to be brought here."

"Are you sure this is going to work?" Leo questions in a concerned manner.

"Well, in theory, if I do this carefully and follow the right process, then it should be able to work." Nic walks over to an oval plate of the cube, where it held the controls. He carefully pressed a button when all of a sudden, blue and green beams of light pierced from within the cube. As it slowly began to power up, it generated a loud vibration that scared the three boys.

"Okay Barry, read me the numbers on the device", Nic requested.

" Okay umm...4474' 201' 81' 4090' er..what exactly are these numbers?"

"Coordinates, she gave them to me", Nic replies.

" Coordinates...right, and what is Dimension  7C?"

"Well, technically that is where she's located."

"4090 anddd done", Nic whispers to himself. 

" And what dimension are we?", Leo jumps in.

"Well according to her, we are located in Dimension 2B", Nic responds. Link was surprised until he began to wonder, and started to realize something.

" Okay but is no one else seeing this? How do you even know all this?" A perplexed Link asks.

"That my friend is a good question, let's just say that, she is a lot smarter than I am", Nic replies confidently.

" So, hear me out, considering you built this device which in fact, let's you talk to her in a whole other dimension, and she is smarter than you?" Leo asks confusingly.

"Hey, surprises surprises", Nic replies with laughter. "Alright, are we all ready now?" He adds in.

"Yes, absolutely", an excited Leo giggles.
" Definitely ", replies Barry
"Oh please do proceed ", Link says while smiling.

" Okay, I should warn you all that I don't know what could possibly happen once I activate this machine so please, keep a distance away just in case, thank you ", the three boys respond by moving a few feet back. As Nic inputs the coordinates, he double checks them, and waits for the Cubix to accept said coordinates. He continued to wait patiently for a while, growing concerned by the minute, convinced that the coordinates were not going to work. " Ding!", a digital metal bell sounds off from the machine. Nic quickly looks at the screen as it read "Coordinates Accepted". 

"Oh thank you", Nic sighs in relief.

" This is it guys, I'm just forewarning you again that anything could happen, so just brace for any scenario ", Nic informs everyone.

" So you think aliens might come through? ", Barry asked.

" Well, she gave me coordinates, so it should lead only to her world and her world only." Nic was about to press the screen until Link interrupted him.

"So what if it might form a black hole?" He asked. Nic pauses for a moment, to which he starts to over think Link's question.

"Okay, can y'all like, go over there please? And keep questions to yourself, I don't know, a number of things could happen", Nic replies frustratingly. He finally gained courage to press " Enter " on the screen. Suddenly, the energy within the cube shaped object went from dormant, to hyperactive in a matter of minutes.

"Please don't form a black hole please don't form a black hole", Nic kept saying repeatedly. As the energy grew increasingly and began to intensify, Nic quickly went to over to his friends while they all stepped back. They continued to walk backwards until the machine began to emit a bright light, to which all the boys shielded their eyes. After several minutes later, the light quickly died down, and the Cubix slowly started to return to its normal phase.

"What...", Leo says dumbfounded.
" Oh my god", Barry adds in. All the boys except Nic had their eyes open to see an achievement.

"No please, please don't tell me it's a black hole", Nic responds to the boys reactions. As Nic begans to opens his eyes, they widened just as soon as he caught sight of someone, someone that he knew would change more than just his life.

"Nic?", a soft voice speaks out just a distance from the Cubix.
