"Do we know if they managed to make a mass product drugs successfully?" The commission president ask
"No, we don't know" Hawks reply
"And what does the Ranger Corp say about this?" The commission president ask again
"So far, they are the only one who have access to the original quirk erasing drug. And those are stored inside a secure location, they refused to tell where it is, but they say it was more secure than Tartarus" A commission member explain
"Could the quirks have been stolen?" Hawks ask
"Stolen" A commission member ask confuse
"Just because the victims are heroes, their quirks are things that can be used" Hawks explain
"But we know, that's not possible" The commission president said
"Of course, the suspect would be someone like One For All, that we all know are dead on Kamino from the Ranger Corp military operation" Hawks added
"Then we know that wasn't the case" The commission president said
"There's a lot that we don't know about All For One, and Ranger Corp are tight lip about the exact details of the guy as well" Hawks claim before walking to the door "Still, I will continue both lines of investigation" He claim before exiting the room
Kagoshima, Kyushu, Japan
Mr. Shimano is driving his truck through the street of Kagoshima City, he then stop at a traffic light

"Thanks, Mahoro, Katsuma" Mr. Shimano smile "I will bring many gifts..." He said before he realize someone is charging towards his truck. And before Mr. Shimano realize it, that someone ram into the truck, wrecking it and tossing Mr. Shimano out of the truck
Nine, Slice, and Mummy is already standing in front of the fallen Mr. Shimano when Nine approach him
"We finally found you" Nine said menacingly
"What...? What are you..." Mr. Shimano is cut when Nine grab his head
"Don't worry, I won't kill you. But, I will take your quirk" Nine said as he forcefully take Mr. Shimano's quirk
Mr. Shimano groan before finally passing out
After stealing Mr. Shimano's quirk, Nine raise his hand as he create a thundercloud above the city and thunder struck the buildings around him, exploding some of them and destroying some. Nine continue to struck thunder towards the city, thunder struct he streets, exploding them. Thunder struck one after another, damaging the city even more before a city wide blackout occur
"With this we will achieve it" Chimera clench his fists
"What we have always wanted" Mummy said satisfied
"We will create a new world!" Slice claim
Suddenly, Nine fall down in tremendous pain
"Why? Why? Type B is not enough" Nine said stunned
