"The crypod is malfunctioning, we need to open it now or the humanoid inside will take damage."

The two of them looked back and forth between themselves, knowing that calling for others may end up taking too long time as this was so secret that almost no one knew at all about the existing pod at all. But as to them and the world, who this humanoid was, no one knew.

"You know... There is one.."

You could had clearly heard his cursing before turning on the vox link. It didn't look like they at all were happy with this idea, but they had to. It was that or their lives, easy choice for most.

"Primarch , we are in need of command. Do we awake this humanoid or kill it? We do not know who this is or of its powers..... Weary well, may the Emperor protect." Ending the call in shivers. It was even a suprise that he had actually picked up his call.

"And?"
Bought of them sweating in stress.
"Awaken her "

And so the two humanoid tech crew did. The chamber were to old and rusty to keep the weight of an Arstatis or any of their kind. So they were alone at their job. Only thing keeping them with company were old fashioned cameras that had been put up to help them if that would be needed.

"By throne." As the pod upend up after some kick's to the lock, a young and beautiful female was revealed. She looked so frail, soft skin with a few blemish here and there. So natural, so real.

"Did you got it open?"

The vox almost scared the living hell out of Ted, his friend and Co-worker Rex smirked.

"Yes. Proceed to get her on a stretcher?"

"Proceed"

Slowly walked to each side of the pod, it was two man sized pod, so getting the stretcher under her went without a hitch. She was light, to their relief, taking her up and out. A monitor sound soon came from the vox, the camera sensors were by now finished with her scan.

"She is stable, continue to get her out."
The vox now was more quiet and you could almost seems the tension it was giving Ted and Rex.  For the tricky part was to get them out. There was holes everywhere, threatened to give under any time. Few had already lost their lives to the ongoing traps and holes.

"Ready?" Rex really wanted to say no, but he hadn't any choice of making by this time.

"Ready as I ever can be." Ted gave a slight nod as they slowly moved away from the cold pod, onto the floor in front of them.
There stench of rotting corp's had long since been removed by servitors on lower grounds in preparation to the awakening.

Rex lead the way as he had been working here a few years longer and memorized all the best places to put his feets.

Ted on the other hand took a deep breath before starting to walk, as his group clearance was now blocked by the stretcher.

It wasn't a long walk, maybe five minutes if you walked a straight line, but all the traps and holes made it to an hour now that they pressure on delivering her in one piece to the Arstatis.

By the door they could see huge figures waiting on them, an Apothecary at the front who had a constant link open with them about her life sign. Because they had to move as carefully as possible to prolong her awakening.

She had already started to awake slightly as they had been halfway to the door, ending up with sending a servitor out with more sedatives. It was more of a light one as no one knew for sure how much her body could tolerate after so many years at sleep.

It had gotten ten steps from them as it suddenly went through a new hole in the floor, luckily the Arstatis controling the commands had managed to let it slip the container on to the ground by Rex feet.

She soon fell asleep again, but now they had to take a route that hasn't been tested for a few years as the other had been fine to now.

"Rex?"

He looked back at Ted, "I know... But I can't remember it perfectly..." Cursing. But he had made it to be open and direct about things like this.

"I will guide you as my sensors are able to see through the floor. " They looked over at the Arstatis were the one in front gave a nod. Their knees almost giving under in the presence of his.

After painstaking minutes , they got to the door were an Apothecary, a Costodian, a runpriest and the wolf primarch stood and waited on them.

Apothecary and the runpriest took the stretcher from them, Primarch follow the girl away.
The Custodian looked down on the two lesser lifeforms that were dripping in sweat. "No loose ends for now." A light glimpse were seen and the floor soon collapsed with the pod and bodies.
