When He Wants Attention

Eren:

- He...doesn't handle you not giving him attention very well, it's almost as if he turns from a very serious Titan-hating person into a literal man child...seriously he's one more incident away from throwing a tantrum.

- He doesn't know why he's so possessive of you, he knows you can take care of yourself, he knows that he doesn't have to worry about any of his comrades hurting you, he knows that honestly you're just fine on your own yet he's still always hovering around you.

- If you aren't giving him any attention he's probably going to get a little bit pouty, then he's going to wait for about ten minutes before he gets whiny, it's also around that time when he starts grabbing at your sleeves or tapping you to get your attention.

- If none of that works because you're so into the conversation you're having with your comrade he will just flop himself on top of you and nearly take you to the ground because he's seriously just dropped his full weight on top of you.

- This confuses everyone around you but frankly, you're used to this, and usually, the immediate thing you say is you're sorry for ignoring him but you were having a very important conversation that you had to get back to, and that usually gets him off your back.

- It won't stop him from hovering around you though, he's not giving up until he gets your attention and you're aware of that so the moment you finish your conversation you finally turn back to him and just open your arms so you can hug him.

- Oh he's like a kid in a candy shop the moment you're completely focused on him and he's aware that this entire situation is a little bit childish on his end he's also aware that he's probably taking things too far but frankly he does not care because it feels so good to be hugged by you.

- He melts whenever you give him any kind of attention in general really, you simply talking to him has him utterly infatuated with you so he hangs on to every single word you say regardless of what you may be saying.

- This makes it very easy for him to remember facts about you so he likes to show his comrades up when it comes to the foods you may or may not be allergic to as well as your tendencies when it comes to things in general.

- He only shows them up because he wants you to praise him, he actively tries to embarrass his comrades just so you'll give him more attention, and at this point, you almost laugh at him because it's really quite comical to you.

- You find him absolutely adorable and you think his antics are very funny even though your comrades may think differently however you are a little perplexed by the fact that he does almost turn into a completely different person.

- It's almost like the light in his eyes returns for a little while when he's pining for your attention and when he's actually receiving it, usually he's all dark and gloomy when talking about Titans but when you're around he's pretty energized.

- It weirds everyone out but it just shows the people in charge how attached he truly is to you and how useful you can be as a tool when it comes to controlling his Titan form so they leave him be and don't ask questions.

- Speaking of he does the exact same shit in his Titan form, he will actively pick up your comrades and remove them from the conversation they were having with you just so you can pay attention to his Titan form instead.
