Eren:

- Okay, the both of you are avoiding each other like the plague, both of you are feeling pretty bad for how you spoke to each other, both of you are trying to work up the courage to apologize to each other, and both of you are failing miserably at it.

- He regrets everything he said to you, however, he doesn't really think him simply saying that he was in a bad mood is enough of an excuse for what he did say because he was extremely harsh therefore you were extremely harsh back to him.

- Yeah, you feel pretty bad about everything you said to him as well, you especially feel bad about bringing up his mother and his insecurities and anxieties that come with being a Titan shifter as well, you just don't know how to approach him about that because you don't really have an excuse either.

- All you can really say is you went as low as you possibly could simply because he was going equally as low, so yeah you're kind of stumped on how to fix this situation and you have no idea how to approach him in general.

- You didn't have to though, because eventually after a good three weeks of not even looking at each other he finally, cautiously, approached you and asked if he could talk to you, effectively pulling you away from whoever you were already speaking to and you didn't really hesitate when you said he could.

- He wasn't expecting you to eagerly follow him to a secluded area so he could talk to you about this properly, he thought for sure you would just shun him or tell him off again but at least he knows it's a good sign that you did acknowledge his presence and you did so willingly go with him.

- He's nervous, that much is obvious, he's focusing on his hands and how he pulls on his fingers and cracks his knuckles, anxiously rubbing his hands together but eventually he takes a deep breath and starts speaking, very slowly, very calmly, very hesitantly.

- "I'm sorry, I'm so, so sorry. I was having a really bad day, I was already agitated, and I took my anger out on you when I shouldn't have. I know that's no excuse, I'm not expecting you to forgive me but I would like to ask for a second chance. Y/N you're not a gutter rat, you're not annoying, you don't talk too much, and you're way too good for me. I can't tell you how much I regret every single thing that I said to you. Please, please may I have a chance to make this better?"

- You stand there for a minute, processing his words, honestly you're debating if you should give him a second chance or not, regardless of how ruthless you were, it did hurt to hear quite a few of the things he said to you so you take a few seconds to process.

- You can tell he's getting more and more anxious the longer you stay silent and luckily he's not taking your silence as rejection, he can tell you're just thinking, processing, maybe even planning what you intend to say back to him, all he knows is you're not ignoring him.

- "I'm sorry too. I shouldn't have gone as far as to bring up your mother. I shouldn't have gone as low as you did and for that, I apologize. I would like to try again Eren. Couples fight all of the time but don't you ever speak to me like that again. I will never be a vessel for you to release your anger on again. If you can agree to that then yeah, I'm more than willing to be in a relationship with you."

- His face obviously lights up, a smile forms across his face, he debates on whether or not he should hug you and you can tell by the way he slowly lifts and lowers his arms trying to get a gauge on how you would react.
