“Why can’t I get you?” I shoved my plate full of vegies and rice.
“Don’t just shove food like that!” he snapped and stood up simultaneously.
“Yeah.” I rolled my eyes away.
“Eat your food!”
“Nope.” Now’s my time to say his signature word.
He glared at me, saying, “If you don’t want to eat your food, then I will make Mom spank you.”
“I don’t care.” I knew my Mom won’t spank me. She loved me.
Hours later, Mom went into my room and dragged me out. I was spanked.
