A man knelt down his left knee and opened the ring from his box. “Well, you marry me?” he said.
“No,” she answered abruptly. She wasn’t sure why he knelt in front of her with a ring on his hands as if he was offering the ring to her.
“Why?” He was shocked and he didn’t know what to do when she declined his proposal.
“I didn’t marry you. You’re not even my boyfriend.”
He was confused by her answer but it was correct when she said he was not her boyfriend. “Well,” he pleaded.
“Court me first,” she said.
