Since taking care of the new gems was uncalled for, Tourmaline is probably gonna get fired from her job. She didn't care- Rose Quartz, Watermelon Tourmaline and Yellow Diamond were first priority. (But mostly just the first two). After a while of running, Tourmaline began to sense a rosy scent in the air, the natural smell of the Homeworld. She eventually followed the scent knowing it was the best way to track the exit. What seemed like hours passed and passed until... Tourmaline squinted and a noticed the exit at last. Heat pierced the company of gems, the heat from the two suns weren't as bad as people might think. In fact- it was one of the many wonders of this life and the universe. " I see the light, that must be from the exit", exclaimed Margaret.
"Don't slow down or the traps set for robbers might activate", suggested Tourmaline in a very fast and exited tone.
They sprinted so fast that the sensors could not sense them in the hallways, this was what old and powerful gems were capable of. Margaret was an assistant to Tourmaline. She was short with lilac skin and dark purple hair. Margaret was a "Mistake" as some would call- she was born with no gem. Instead she had only the physical capabilities of a Gem. Tourmaline found her in the banks of a river. And since no one wanted her, she took Margaret in. With sheer physical strength, they finally were out of the bloody kindergarten. Sounds of living creatures and the gust of wind surprised them. Giant mushroom trees, the smell of rose and the sound of a flowing river could be sensed by anyone. In the distance, The metropolis could be seen, it's glass dome around the entire city was a spectacular view from up the hill.
"There it is!" Margaret, pointing at a small hill about 1 km away. She was pointing at the underground cozy home they lived in. It had the perfect conditions for gems to live in. They strolled away into the distance toward the hill. The grass was green and the two suns were directly overhead- it was midday. Tourmaline was amazed by the beauty of it all, the Homeworld- the perfect world. After the hill was now visible by the HUMAN eye, Tourmaline noticed something... There was a baby lion with dark pink hair and pale pink skin. Magnificent. Next to it was a gigantic eagle- it had a mixture of pink and green feathers, matching to the colors in Watermelon - Quartz' and Tourmaline's gem. Of course, Tourmaline took the both of them in.
