Part 47

Yuki Pov

I sat calmly at my desk ignoring all the stares that buried themselves in my skin. I felt it first and stood up immediately. I turned my head around looking for the closest bathroom. Hawks's office, he has his own bathroom tucked into the corner of his office. Almost tripping, I knocked my chair over causing it to land with a heavy thunk. I briskly walked to the office busting through the door. Hawks was in the middle of a meeting with Endeavor. We were thinking of doing a team up for a larger mission. Not even giving them a wave I went into the bathroom and slammed the door shut. Once I was finished I calmly opened the door and closed it behind me. Hawks and Endeavor looked at me confusion spread across their faces. I only had my eye on the candy jar Hawks kept for late nights. I walked over, grabbed and sucker and plopped it into my mouth.

"What," I said when I saw the looks on their faces.

"Nothing, congratulations on the baby," Endeavor smiled.

"Babies, theres two," I said plucking the sucker out of my mouth and waved it in his face.

"Then double congrats," he said. I squinted my eyes at him, I knew what he did to his children. Of course thats only what Shouto told me. I protectively put my hands on my stomach.

"So Yuki why did you burst into here," Hawks asked.

"Bathroom, I am peeing for 3 now," I said with a straight face. Hawks gave me a small smile as he handed me another piece of candy. I took it and plopped it in my mouth. Dabi walked through the door completely ignoring Endeavor and walking over to me.

"Hey little one, got a mission for you and Denki," He said with a smile.

"Yay what is it," I said clapping my hands.

"The prisons main generator went out, Denki has to recharge it and your there to make sure the villains dont get too riled up," he explained.

"Got it," I said heading out the door.

"And Yuki," Dabi said looking at me softly. "Be careful."

"Always am," I smiled. I went back into the main office area where Denki was waiting for me with my jacket in hand.

"You ready Love," Denki said.

"Always, should we fly and dont think I cant I will do it anyway," I said glaring as Denki gave me a concerned look. With a heavy sigh he headed up the stairs. Once to the rooftop, I wrapped my arms around him locking my hands together. With a heavy push off the ground my wings caught the air and we were soon soaring through the sky.

"Alright, so basically because of the generator going out the locking systems went offline for a moment. All of the prisoners escaped but luckily the main gate runs on a different generator," Denki explained.

"Alright thats good at least, seems like a pretty straightforward job," I said.

"Pretty much, should only take a couple hundred volts. We're mostly there to help get the prisoners back to their respectable cells," Denki continued. Pretty soon I hovered over Tartarus prison, compared to what we were expecting the outside was much calmer.

"I wonder what going on inside," I said. I landed inside and stood by as the guard at the gate unlocked the door. We slid inside, the back up generator seemed to still be working but for how much longer.

"We need to find the power room," Denki said starting to run. I followed closely behind, we took two left turns and a right to end up at the electricians room. Denki opened the door first, we were greeted by the smell of iron. The lights flickered on and a guard lay on the floor dead. I bent down to check the warmth of the body and the blood.
