Arthur's POV~

There's blood all over my hand, I'm scared. I sat up slowly and covered my mouth with my hand, standing up I grabbed my pump with my unoccupied hand, then walked to my door and opened it. I stepped into the hallway and saw mommy on the couch. She was asleep, I grabbed the house phone and looked at the paper taped above it. Mikey has important phone numbers on the paper in case of an emergency. I wanted Mikey so I typed the numbers for his number slowly to make sure I got them right. I held the phone to my ear and waited.

"Arthur? Is everything okay?" I heard him over the phone.

"N-No... blood-" coughing again, "coughing blood.. and I don't feel g-good." My throat hurts really bad.. and my raspy voice doesn't make it better.

"Shit..- I'll be right over, okay? We might have to take you to the hospital again."

"Okay.."

"Stay on the phone with me, I wanna make sure you're fine till I get there"

"Okay.. I-I will." While coughing I slid down the wall on my back. "I hurt.."

"I know bud.. I'm leaving school right now." I heard shuffling and a car starting.

"Mhm..." I felt very heavy.. extremely tired. It was really hard to keep my eyes open. I heard Mikey muttering on the phone I couldn't make out what he was saying, I think I fell asleep though.

Michael's POV~

"Arthur?" He stopped talking to me. "Arthur!" Fuck, fuck, fuck! I slammed my foot on the gas to try and get home faster. "Please be okay, Please be okay, Please be okay.."

I parked in the driveway, jumped out of my seat not even bothering to turn off the car, then bolted towards the door; scrambled through my keys trying to find the right one. I finally found it and struggled to open the door, once opened I shoved it and ran in.

I ran to the hallway where the house phone was, knowing he would be there. "Arthur!" I saw him lying on the floor, blood dripping down his mouth. "Arthur..! Hey.. hey-'' I kneeled beside him and shook him lightly. "Shit-" I picked him up, unclipped his feeding bag from the pump, put it in his medical bag, and I put it on then rushed out the house to the car, I laid Arthur in the passenger seat and buckled him in. Hopped into the driver's seat and drove off. Knowing this would take awhile I called Arwin's mother.

"Hello? Mrs. Grey! I'm not gonna be able to pick up my siblings, Arwin, or Finn today, I'm taking Arthur to the hospital." I said this as calmly as I could.

"Alright dear, I'll pick them up. Should I drop them off at home?"

"No, there's no one at home to watch them. I'll pick them up tonight so don't worry."

"Alright then, I hope Arthur gets better, goodbye."

"Bye" I hung up and pulled into the ER parking lot. I heard coughing next to me, looking over I saw Arthur slightly awake now. "Arthur!" He was still dozing off, not really 'here' yet. I picked him up and his bag and sped walked into the hospital to the front desk. "Hey! My brother is coughing blood and keeps losing consciousness, and he-" I suddenly heard Arthur wheezing and he was starting to struggle with breathing.

The receptionist shot up and talked through a phone, "We have a code blue!" Then doctors rushed over with a stretcher. I laid Arthur on it and put his bag next to him, he's had enough code blues that I've learned it's better to be calm. I followed them for a bit till they entered a room then I sat in the hallway.
