A day had gone by, all Charm could think about was Paul. The same thing was happening about Paul, however hard they tried to get each other out their heads they just couldn't. Charm laid on her bed, she didn't bother speaking to Lorelie when she had gotten home the day before.

She had been completely blanking her, Charm sighed. She let all the thoughts about her Mother leave her head, she picked up her phone.

Paul had already texted her,  she smiled as she read the text message. He wanted to meet up with her, she quickly replied before she got up and put her phone in her back pocket. Lorelie was sat at the table, Charm stopped and stared at her Mother.

She wanted to say something, but instead she shook her head and rushed out the house. She walked down the street, As Charm walked down the street and saw Arabella. She hadn't seen her in ages, Arabella spotted Charm too and ran towards her.

"Oh my god hi" She smiled, Charm hugged Arabella which took Arabella by shock at first. "Whats this all about?" Arabella asked. Charm never hugged anyone really, only when she was upset. "It's my Mum" Charm replied.

"Is she dying or some shit?" Arabella replied, if Lorelie was dying that wouldn't of been a very polite way to ask. But that was Arabella all over. Charm shook her head, "Then what is it?" Arabella questioned.

"She hit me" Charm replied, Arabella's jaw dropped. She knew Lorelie would of never done that before. She had made a promise to Charm when her Dad left that she would never hurt her like her Dad did.

But she did, it may not have been as hard but it was still a promise broken between a Mother and a Daughter which was something that never or rarely happened. Especially if it's the Mother breaking the promise.

Arabella didn't know what to say, instead she just pulled Charm back in for another hug. "Shit that's bad" She whispered and pulled away. "It doesn't help that you had past trauma with this" Arabella didn't finish the whole sentence but Charm got where she was coming from.

"On a happier note, where are you off to" Arabella changed the subject, she didn't want Charm to get upset. "To meet someone" Charm replied, she wasn't going to tell Arabella who. "who?" Arabella asked.

She wasn't going to make this easy for Charm.

"Just someone" Charm smiled, "Don't play around with this. Who" Arabella had a begging tone in her voice. "Is it a boy?" Arabella asked with a smirk. "Maybe" Charm sighed, "Well you better get going then, but in two days time tell me all about it" Arabella smiled.

"Why two days?" Charm asked, "I have work" Arabella scoffed as she rolled her eyes. "Well see you then" Charm smiled and she walked away from Arabella. She was a very good friend to have, Charm's whole mood had now changed.

She quickly walked down the street and into the town, she walked through tones of people. Her eyes scanned the crowd until they where met by some green ones, it was Paul. They both walked towards each other.

Luckily for the both of them, they didn't feel awkward around each other. "Come with me" Paul asked. Charm nodded and followed him down an ally way where they could both have some peace and quiet.

"I need to tell you something" He smiled, Charm looked at him "go on" she edged him on she hoped he would say or do something about the kiss. Maybe the both of them had caught feelings? "I really like you" He spoke.

Her heart began to race, she smiled at him "I like you too" She smiled back at him. He had built up the courage to say this and had gotten the answer he had prayed upon to get. "So shall we make this official?" he asked.

She nodded, "Let's keep it on the quiet though" Paul suggested. "I agree" Charm laughed, if her Mother found out she would probably do more than just slap her.
