Here is something that you should know about Fallon, she was extremely impulsive and will NEVER back down from a dare. That is how once while vacationing in Greece, she almost found herself with a broken nose ,a concussion and neon green hair but that is a story for another day. And similarly she yet again found herself in a dangerous situation cause of a dare, you see Brooklyn her older sister had dared her to climb their three story home's roof. And scream "fuck the government" but sadly before she could complete this fun dare their dad, Michael had seen Fallon on the roof. "Fallon Meghan Novak if you don't get down immediately from there you will be doing the dishes tonight" her dad screamed from their kitchen. Sighing she climbed back down. "Pussy" Brooklyn called out to her, laughing, she flipped her off.

I waved at my dad and sat down at the pool table. The outer banks,paradise on earth,frankly she didn't see it. I mean of course it was beautiful and all but that didn't mean it erased all the memories she had on this island. Exactly 2 years ago they had moved away and now they were back again,except this time her evil tyrant of a mother hadn't come back with them.
Fallon had always been an overarching child, and it was all because of her pushy mother. Best on every track team,the best piano and violin player in her entire batch and she always got good grades. But after a point it just got too much, the pressure and the expectations almost pushed her off the ledge. And all of this was Rachel Novak's doing. After a while she started slacking off on everything just to spite her mother. Except running, she loves running. It made her feel free and light, and not like the entire world's expectations were on her back.
Ever since she started realising that her mother was nothing but a cold hearted bitch, she stopped giving a fuck. At times she'd even purposely try and spite Rachel when she was on facetime with Brooklyn. Brooklyn just couldn't cut the ties with her mother, unlike Fallon, Caleb and Michael. Michael was companion,her mentor and the only person that kept her from fucking strangling Rachel in her sleep. Her dad was a literal polar opposite to Rachel. How they had three kids together still amused her.
And then there was Hunter , he's was the second child ,the baby of the family and literally the sweetest person. He was also Fallon's ride or die, they were always extremely close ,be it constantly taking digs at each other or fiercely protecting each other when it came to anyone else. Hunter and Fallon always had each other's backs.
When she was little she would often hear kids telling their friends how their mum's would bake cakes and be actively involved in the school PTA and conduct bake sales and braid their hair and kiss them goodnight. It was extremely foreign to her because Rachel didn't do all these things but because she always saw her do it with and for Brooke. Sometimes she wondered if Rachel had lost her motherly instinct when it came to the last Novak child. If she was just yet another investment for Rachel. but Michael ensured that he was that parent to Fallon, he'd never miss the chance to bake a huge batch of cupcakes for every birthday and bake sale and he'd be the first one to bail her out of the trouble she got into at school.
He was the parent that would sit the entire night beside her because she would have had a panic attack about her math test the next day. She loved him to death and Michael always made it a point to tell his kids everyday how much he loved them.
