"Hello dear," the woman said.

"Hi! How can I help you?" Skylar responded.

"I just saw you guys moved into town and I wanted to say hello," the woman said.

"Oh! That's nice. Let me introduce myself, I'm Skylar," she said, extending her hand out to the woman.

"I'm Agnes," Agnes said, shaking her hand with Skylar.

"Are you not scared of me? I- I mean everyone tries to avoid me because of what happened in NY..." Skylar said, happy but confused at the same time.

"Of course not dear! You seem to be very friendly," Agnes said with a smile plastered on her face.

"Why thank you!" Skylar said, happy that she found someone who was not afraid of her.

"Love! Who is it?" Peter shouted from the living room.

"It's Agnes! She saw we moved into town and wanted to say hello," Skylar said from the door.

"Well, hello Agnes," Peter said, walking to the door.

"Hello! I'm your neighbor to the right. My right, not yours," Agnes said.

Peter felt something strange in Agnes, it was as if he already knew her but wasn't sure. He decided to brush it off because he saw how happy Skylar was.

"Forgive me for not stopping by sooner to welcome you to the block. My mother-in-law was in town, so I wasn't," Agnes said, giving Skylar a bunch of flowers.

"I should get going, I got some important things to do," Agnes said, walking off the porch.

"Sure! See you later!" Skylar said happily.

Skylar noticed that something was off too, her face was strangely familiar, but she brushed it off.

They walked back in and sat on the couch, they talked about when Skylar and Peter would go back to work; about when Nat, Wanda and Clint went on a mission to Budapest, and of course Skylar's and Peter's wedding.

It was time for Tony and Morgan to go back to NY.

"See you soon my little monkey," Skylar told Morgan.

"Bye sissy!" Morgan said, running to the limousine that was parked in front of the house.

Once Tony and Morgan were gone, Peter went to sleep. Skylar didn't want to sleep because of the nightmares so she climbed to the roof and stared at the stars for an hour until a strong breeze made Skylar fall from the roof. She used her powers to soften the fall but still hurt herself a bit. Incredibly Peter didn't wake up so Skylar decided to go inside the house and try to sleep for a few hours. When Skylar was a step from the door she heard the same voice from her nightmares.

"You can't hide from me," that voice kept saying over and over again.

After a few minutes it stopped abruptly, Skylar's eyes were filled with tears, she didn't know what was happening or what the voice wanted from her. 'That voice sounded a little like Agnes' but she instantly thought she was being paranoid and brushed it off.

She entered the bedroom and saw Peter sleeping peacefully, she just wanted to tell him about the nightmares but if she did, he would get worried and that's the last thing she wanted at the moment. She climbed to bed and tried to sleep, without success, everytime she closed her eyes the mysterious voice was back. At 6am she decided to go out to look around town and see if she could meet more people that weren't scared of her. She wrote a note that she would be back before lunch and left.

On her way to main street, she met with Agnes. Skylar wanted to surprise Peter with a special dinner since they finished decorating their house, so she asked Agnes for recommendations.

"I have a special menu that can be made in a snap! Lobster Thermidor with mini-mincemeat turnovers to start, Chicken à la King with twice-cooked new potatoes for your second course, and Steak Diane and mint jellies for your main. And don't forget your dessert: a Baklava," Agnes said, sounding like a professional chef.

"Thank you Agnes! You've been so helpful," Skylar said, and then walked away.

She didn't meet new people but at least she had a gourmet menu for dinner.
