Logan

As I sat in the cozy movie room of my family home, the familiar sound of Skye's footsteps echoed down the hallway. She bounded into the room with her usual energy, her bright smile lighting up the space.

"Hey, lil bro!" Skye exclaimed, plopping down on the couch beside me with a playful grin.

"Hey there, troublemaker," I teased, ruffling her hair affectionately.

"Hey, I'm not the one who got a red card last game," Skye shot back, sticking her tongue out at me. "Touché," I admitted with a chuckle, knowing she had me there.

We sat in comfortable silence for a moment, enjoying each other's company. Skye reached for the TV remote, flipping through the channels until she found a cheesy rom com playing.

"Ooh, let's watch this!" Skye exclaimed, settling back against the cushions with a contented sigh.

I couldn't help but smile at her enthusiasm, knowing that she had a soft spot for cheesy romance movies. I leaned back beside her, wrapping an arm around her shoulders as we watched the movie together.

As the movie played out on the screen, Skye couldn't help but swoon over the romantic gestures and heartfelt declarations of love. She leaned in closer to me, her head resting against my shoulder as she sighed dreamily.

"Isn't love just the best?" Skye mused, her eyes sparkling with admiration.

"Yeah, it is," I agreed, feeling a swell of affection for my little sister.

With Gigi constantly on my mind, I decided to open up to Skye about our relationship. "You know, I've been seeing Gigi for a few weeks now," I revealed, excitement bubbling in my chest.

Skye's eyes lit up with curiosity. "Oh, I know all about Gigi," she said with a mischievous grin.

"You do?" I asked, surprised by her knowledge.

"Of course! You think I wouldn't notice my big brother getting all googly-eyed over someone?" Skye teased, nudging me playfully.

I couldn't help but laugh at her teasing. "Well, I guess my secret's out then," I admitted, feeling a sense of relief at being able to share my feelings with Skye.

"I'm happy for you, Logan," Skye said sincerely, giving me a warm smile. "Gigi seems special."

"Yeah, she is," I replied, feeling a rush of affection for Gigi. "I can't wait for you to meet her."

"I can't wait either," Skye said, her excitement mirroring my own. "But for now, let's enjoy this cheesy movie and our time together."

And with that, Skye and I settled back into the couch, letting the warmth of the movie and our shared bond wash over us. As we laughed and joked together, I couldn't help but feel grateful for having Skye by my side to share in my happiness. We talked for hours about Gigi, our family, and our dreams for the future, making memories that I knew I would cherish forever.
