Fight and fury

Percy's pov.

I looked through the window and stared at the bot fury and the team talked about who could have made it

"I want to talk to it face to.... face?" I said stupidly fury threw me a look but I ignored it tony shrugged

"What could go wrong?" he said the door slid open I walked in with Bruce who wanted to take notes on it

It's head turned
And looked at me we spoke in Greek
I stepped in front of it

"What are you made from are you a Greek creation?"

It's head clicked before it spoke in English and Bruce wrote it down

"Demigod detected" I frowned
"Twenty for fifty two code activation"
It said its spiked started to shake and turned bronze

I saw what it was doing and turned to Bruce who never saw it and was scribbling down notes
"Bruce move!" I screamed and pushed him down

The spikes turned quickly and flew of the handle and at the window I dodged most of them

One came and grazed my left arm A shot of pain flooded my arm an I yelped

The door locked shut and I tried to kick it down

The chains holding down the bot dropped of it I pulled Bruce up and stood in front of him

I pulled out riptide and pointed it at the bot who hovered in front of me

"Back off before I put you down,bot"

"Demigod blood detected assess demigod ,take to master doom"

I heard the team trying to open the door and fury yelled at me to stop

The bots Hand opened up and more spikes appeared

I pushed Bruce to the door and dove to the right as soon as the bot swung
I kicked it and it hovered back I swung riptide an sliced of its left arm

Spark flew out ,its right arm swung down and hit my hand I heard a crack and dropped my sword and yelled in pain

I jumped forward and slammed my right shoulder into its chest and pinned it against the wall

I punched it with my right hand and used my left arm to hold it down

I hit it repeatedly I hit it about fifty times it was destroyed when I stepped back breathing heavily

Machine parts surrounded me ,Bruce was staring at me with wide eyes and held his clipboard to his chest

"Perce.... are you..... are you ok?" he said I gasped for air and leaned over

"Y..yeah it just attacked and I took action" I said and cradled my left hand
It looked broken I had blood poring from my left bicep

The door flew open and Thor stood back

Fury pushed past him and stormed up to me "what the hell was that!"

He yelled I looked at him like he was crazy "it attacked us! what was I suppose to do!" I shot back to him

"You just destroyed the only thing we had that could lead us to this threat! you pull a stunt like that again and I will pull you from the team!" he said and folded his arms

I balled my hands into fists "that stunt I pulled just saved me and Bruce we could have been killed!" Fury glared at me but I never even flinched

I glare back, and the team was silent
"Get out of this tower, I will let you know when your welcome to join us again jackson" he growled

Bruce stepped up "hey percy protected us he-""hush banner! I made up my mind" he said and pointed to the door

Clint stepped in front of the door before I could leave

"Percy if you go through that door your no longer a avenger to him"

I lowered my head and stormed out
I heard tony yelling behind me
"He saved Bruce! you can't just kick him out!" "shut it stark I'm done with that kid he's not good enough for this team he's careless and doesn't think before he acts"

To my surprise I heard Steve

"And that's your problem you always. think and never act ,just back off!"

I cradled my hand and arm witch was still bleeding

I walked out of the tower and fell down to my knees onto the side walk

I sat there for a few minuets before I heard foot steps

I new it was the team

Bruce crouched next to me and so did tony

"I'm so sorry fury is such a...." I tuned out what he said and tried to Move my hand and grimaced

"I'm off the team" I said and sighed Bruce grabbed my left hand and moved it

"We should get you fixed up" he said and pulled me to my feet

"We have no lab or tower" Natasha said

"I don't want to drag you guys into this" I said Thor laughed and patted my back

"We are a team! You have no choice!"
