Happy Fight and Crew

Percy's pov.

I asked Bruce to go upstairs and get me some nectar and ambrosia from my room

He came out and handed me my bag of armor to ,I drank the nectar and ate some ambrosia I arm healed an I yelled in Greek when my hand popped in place

I sighed and shouldered my bag
"I'm going to crash at my moms apartment ill call you guys" I said sadly and looked at my feet

"Unless fury thinks otherwise"

Clint sighed and threw an arm around me
"Sorry to say this about him but fury.."
Steve butted in "he's not the one that tells us what to do ,your part of this team no matter what he says ,free country"

I smiled weakly and yawned tony stood to the side on his phone for a moment and flipped it shut

"I called a cab perce ,we promise that fury is just paranoid that you broke his new toy" he said I snorted and laughed

Natasha sighed
"There it is" the team laughed at my red face

The cab pulled up and tony patted it the window slid down
"This is my agent happy , happy this is percy he's a really good friend " he said to the driver

But I did see a black car pull up behind us happy Didn't seem to notice it I cursed in Greek

I patted the seat "speed up man" I said and threw of my bag of I pulled out out my armor

"Why? why are you doing?" he said and started to pull over

"Dude! speed up!" I said and strapped on my chest plate he looked at me

And sped up a little I pulled the rest of my armor on all but the helmet

"Can I trust you to keep a secret?" I said and looked out the window the black car sped up and drove in front us

"What? sure" he still was clueless about the car

"Good" I said and pulled on my helmet and pulled out my sword

Happy looked threw the mirror and gasped

"Gladiator?"

The black car suddenly stopped and happy slammed into it ,I tore of his belt and dragged him to the back before he was crushed

I kicked the back door open and dragged him out

Happy yelled at the driver
"Hey what's your-" the driver jumped up an pulled out a gun

I reflected it with my sword and ran at him

I swung at his chest with my sword

And it passed right through

"Mortal!" I yelled an dropped my sword he pulled his gun up and shot again it hit my chest plate and flew of

I kicked his gun out of his hand and threw a right hit he pulled his arm up and blocked it

I grabbed his arm and pulled him over my shoulder and slammed him into the concrete

He was out cold I rolled my shoulders
"Is that all?" happy yelled in surprise

"Behind you!" I ducked as soon as a bat was swung at my head I stuck my door out and swept him off of his feet

The passenger door flew open a man jumped out and pulled out a sword
