I woke up in my bed that I always sleep in. I looked over at the bed to my right and Echo was sleeping quietly. I smiled and shifted in my bed so I could be facing her.

I honestly have a liking for Echo.

She sat up very quickly, sweating. It was around the middle of the night. She must've had a nightmare. She looked around frantically for a second. She saw me and her expression turned to sadness.

"Had a nightmare?"
She nodded. She pulled up her knees and started to rock back and forth. I then noticed that she had small scars all over her body. Damn. What has this girl gone through?!

"Hey, uh, Echo. Wanna lay down with me?" She shook her head. "Thank you though." Echo then turned into a small raven and closed her eyes. I flipped back over in my bed and fell asleep.

I woke up again and light was shining through the window. I looked over at Echo's bed. She wasn't in it. I sat up, and stretched.

I got up and headed for the deck. When I got out there, I saw a python, curled up on the deck. I stared at it. How did a python get on the ship?! The python raised it head like a lazy cat. I watched as it turned back into Echo.

I just stared. How-wh-the fu-how?! Echo saw my expression and raised an eyebrow. I snapped out of it. "How did you do that?!"

"I can turn into any animal, or any part of my body to any animal. Like wings, eyes, legs , arms , you name it, I can probably do it." Echo then played around with her devil power to show me what it can and can't do. I was surprised when I learned she can turn into sea animal, but she still can't swim with them.

I knew she would have to stay a while. It would be a few weeks at most. Maybe a month. The thing that impressed me most is the fact she can turn into a dragon. Not just a dragon but multiple types as well, like a wyvern, Chinese dragon, and a few others. Her devil fruit was powerful.
