"Ajeet...Ajeet" I heard someone screaming out my name again and again.

I was finally out of it. I saw Divenshvar trying to wake me up.

"In what world were you there...I was so scared" he said.

I nodded with my eyes wide open.

"Let it be now let's go home it is too late" he said.

"No we can't...we are trapped here" I said softly.

"What are you saying...we can just run away right now let's go" he held my hand.

"What I said Divenshvar...we are trapped...we are fucking trapped don't your understand that?" I said my voice was loud enough.

He nodded and went out of the room silently. He felt bad.

"I am sorry Divenshvar, but that's the truth" I said.

He turned back and said "Yes it is true that you are mad"

"I know the past she told me everything...everything" I said.

"Who told you? What?"

"She...Divya she told me" I said.

"Stop this shit let's get out of this house" he said.

I got up. Even I thought that I was just having one more nightmare.

The same sound. We were near the stairs.
"I told you" I said.
"What? A normal sound"
"It is so normal right? A sound coming from a 20 to 30 year old closed house" I said.

He went to the room from where the humming sound was coming. I went behind him. He saw the radio.

"See from this..." he said and tried to turn it off.

He saw that there was no electricity supply and also the wires were not plugged in.

"From where is this sound coming?" He said, now scared.

I saw Divya standing in front of me. Near the window with her wicked smile.

"What is this all going? Just let us go" I said.

"To whom are you even talking?" Divenshvar said.

"Don't you see her...she is standing in front of us" I said and pointed towards Divya.

"Have you lost it? Have you gone mad? " He said.

"You have lost it...she is right here" I said.

He tried to run away. The door slammed.

"Ajeet...Ajeet...we need to run...mistakes are being made" he said and tried to open the door.

"I will leave you as soon as you make me meet my killer" she said.

"Your husband...he is already dead" I said.

"I only killed him, he gave me gift and that was darkness...it took me long time to understand that"

"So whom do you want to meet?" I asked.

"You know it better"

"Ajeet please...for God sake help me" Divenshvar said.

"Who?"

She smiled and disappeared. The door opened automatically. Divenshvar ran as fast as possible. I went into the thoughts of what just happened.

"Are you coming Ajeet?" Divenshvar said. He was standing near the stairs.

I nodded.
