Part 19- Lose and lost

Another day.

Mike woke up. Take a cold shower.

Start watching a new show. "Behind the doors".

End up watching till 6 p.m.

Mike keep phone away.

Get out of the room.

Phone start ringing...

After some times, Mike come back.

Picked up the phone. Saw missed calls from his team and 4 missed calls from Ciri.

Mike called back.

MIKE: Not today.

CIRI: I called you to say good luck.

MIKE: Good luck? For what?

CIRI: Don't you have match tomorrow?

MIKE: Match? Tomorrow?

CIRI: how you can forget about that, go reach out to your teammates.

MIKE: yeah.

CIRI: go.

Mike yeah...

Mike made a call to one of his teammates.

Mate: Hey! Where were you? Don't forget to come tomorrow, it's an important one against LIONCLUBS!

MIKE: tomorrow? Yes... I'm coming.

Mates: Prepared yourself.

MIKE: Sure.

Mates: Well, it's not fair to say you, as you're far better from us, but still give your best tomorrow.

MIKE: Sure. I will. Thank you.

Mate: Meet you in the court.

MIKE: okay.

Mike start practicing and after few hours gets tired and goes to sleep.

Sunday match.

Match get start, MIKE was doing fine in the beginning...
Like fine from others. Everyone were passing it to Mike.
Mike, didn't fail to goal. Mike wins first round.
Everyone thinks the match is in "WILD RED" hands now.

Second round start, Slowly Mike started loosing his concentration.
And his head started playing plots from shows.
Mike couldn't concentrate in the match.
Someone gave a pass to Mike and Mike give it to others without looking anywhere and
Opponents walked through in between and make a goal.
Someone pass him the ball, Mike choose to goal, from a very far distance.
And the Goalkeeper caught the ball.
This Time he keeps the ball, with himself and opponent walk around him.
Everyone yelling, Mike pass the ball, Mike pass the ball.
Mike didn't pass it to anybody and Mike lose his speed and opponent took an advantage hit the ball and make a goal.
WILD RED lost the second round.

Third round, MIKE didn't know what to do.
Should I Pass the ball or make a goal?
Other teammates gets around Mike.
Mike, what are you doing?
Concentrate. This is the last round, if we lost it, then it's all over.
Mike got in pressure. Passed ball to mate around him.
They passed to others and MIKE walk towards the goal, mate passed Mike.
Mike goes to make a goal, hits harder... The goalkeeper stopped the ball.
Everyone: Good efforts, Mike!

Mike keep ball with himself and pass it to others.
Other wasn't ready, opponent take it and makes a goal.
Mike kicks ball on wrong direction and that count as a foul, gives LIONCLUBS a winning opportunity.
They hit the ball harder and makes a goal.
Everyone started cheering, LIONCLUBS!!!
