Derek, Stiles, and Parrish took Stiles's car. Peter, Corey, and Liam took Peter's. The location that Argent sent them leads them to a place near beacon hills preserve.
They parked their car on the side of the road and headed towards the only abandoned four-storied building in the middle of nowhere.
Stiles finally called Argent."come inside the building" Argent said from the other end. They all walked through the dusty, broken, doorway. The doorway led them to a huge rectangular room. The room had a single exit which was on the opposite side. The exit door led them to a passageway. They didn't know what to expect. Argent had said that it was urgent and that they needed to come immediately. That could mean a lot of things. Stiles followed, behind as Derek was leading the way.
He didn't know where his best friend or his love was. This time for sure, he didn't have a plan A or a plan B. He was walking empty-handed, with no clue on how to find the magical doorway to his best friend. The building from the inside was way worse than it looked from the outside. There were cracks on the walls, broken glass on the floor, broken tables, plastic sheets hanging from the ceilings. There were paint tin cans just toppled over and dried paint surrounding it. There was a huge staircase at the end of the long corridor and an empty shaft for the elevator. It seemed as if the building was left to just fall one day. The place smelled like it had gone for renovation but the workers decided to just stop and leave. There was no graffiti on the wall which indicated that no one had visited there.
"Do we go up?" Stiles asked as they stopped at the bottom of the staircase.
"Call him and ask him where he is," Derek said. Stiles reached into his pocket and took out his phone.
"Wait don't," Parrish said all of a sudden. Stiles stopped what he was doing, "Why not"
"What happened?" Peter asked. Parrish took out his gun, from the holster. All looked at him and then looked around to see if he had seen something.
"LEAVE!!" He said and started running towards the entrance from where they came. They all sprinted closely following behind. Once they exited the building he signaled them to get into the car and drive off till he tells them to stop. They all ran towards their car and as said drove off.
"What the hell happened?" Derek asked looking at Parrish through the rearview mirror.
"Just keep driving," Parrish said removing his phone and texting Peter who was following their car.
"Where are we going?" Stiles asked turning back to look at Parrish still on his phone. He did not answer. They drove for a couple of minutes. All were silent, waiting for Parrish to say something.
"Okay, now you can stop" He finally said.Derek slowed down and pulled over near Beacon Hills College. Peter followed him and parked the car in front of Derek's. They all got out of the car.
"What the hell happened back there?" Liam asked worriedly.
"Call Argent" Parrish looked at Stiles. Stiles dialed for Argent.
"Hey Chris, sorry we couldn't make it," Stiles said as soon as Chris picked up the call.
*Speaker*, Parrish mouthed. Stiles touched the speaker icon on his call interface. They all closed in to hear.
"What are you talking about?"
"You had called!? To the building? said you had found something?"
"What are you talking about? I'm at home" Parrish gestured Stiles to end the call.
"Okay thank you!" Stiles said and hung up, "What's going on?" He looked at Parrish.
"The House or that stupid building doesn't exist," Parrish said leaning against the car.
"So what did go into just a few minutes back?" Peter asked surprised.
"A trap," Parrish said, "So, according to me, Argent never made the call"
"Yeah that was pretty evident," Stiles said sarcastically.
"So, the location that fake Argent sent you doesn't exist, I have been going through the GPS ever since we got into the car and drove down here" Parrish explained.
"So what was the point of leaving, what's the whole story Parrish, we need details," Liam said looking at him.
"Ok so, I was sensing something not good since we started going around that area where the house stood. But I still tagged along, because I thought that it must be me, nothing weird about anything else. So as we did, we went in. As soon as I stepped in, I sensed a huge breeze and like this sadness and this huge wave of evil there. Did you all sense anything like that?" Parrish asked.
"Yeah, I guess we all felt a breeze but, it's the forest, it's chilly most of the time there so I never thought anything of it," Derek said.
"But evil and grief, that's all you buddy," Stiles said.
"Yeah, now I know. So we went in and we stood below the staircase. Now there at that point was where I had this sense of familiarity like I had been there before. But I couldn't understand when that was, and I really tried by looking around and that's when I saw it or her" Parrish described.
"HER?" Peter asked looking at him puzzled.
"A woman," Parrish said, "a woman, she was wearing black. She had this black gown and this black bag in her hand."
"Ooh, the woman in black?" Stiles smiled.
"Yes, not funny though, cause at first I thought she was like a person and that's why I removed my gun, but then she just walked into the walls," Parrish explained by moving his hand across his face.
"So you saw a ghost and that's why we ran? Have you forgotten that you are a supernatural being yourself?" Peter asked annoyed.
"No! that's not all. I'm not afraid of ghosts. It's what I saw afterward."
"What did you see?" Liam asked.
"Its more of who I saw, I saw Lydia," Parrish said and everyone just looked at him.
"Lydia?" Stiles asked in shock.
"Yes, I saw her just standing there, cold, blue, staring into my eyes. And all of a sudden she came towards me in a second and just vanished" Parrish said tears.
"Like how did you see her" Derek asked.
"I think Lydia is trying to talk to me, I think she is trying to tell me something, but I don't know to interpret it" Parrish said sad, and worried, not knowing what to do.
"Like how, is she like telling you something? Is she speaking? Can you hear her? What's the process?" Stiles asked out of curiosity.
"No she didn't say anything but the mist, her figure whispered something" Parrish said remembering something.
"She said something, but it wasn't English, or maybe it was" Parrish said trying hard to remember.
"Do you like remember like any similar you can pronounce it to, we can work our way with that" Stiles said looking for an answer.
"No Stiles, but ill try, but for now lets head home, ill tell you the rest of the whole experience that I had, I'm tired" Parrish said getting in.
