Scott drove them to the hospital as fast as they could. This time Deaton accompanied them. Isaac, Derek, and Malia stayed back. 

At the Hospital

 They got down the car and ran to the front desk. Melissa was there filling a form. 

"Mom" Scott said when he spotted her.

"Room 203" Melissa said and they ran towards the elevator. 

The elevator ride was quiet as usual. All three of them were tensed. They hadn't called Natalie yet and were expecting to see her there with Lydia. Instead they see,

"Riley!? What are you doing here" Scott said as he saw Riley outside Lydia's door. 

"Check up on her" Riley said.

"Why" Stiles said. 

"My leader sent me here" He said. 

They had no time to argue and ask follow ups to that answer. Deaton opened the door. Lydia was sleeping. She was wearing the blue hospital outfit and she had her wrist wrapped in white bandaid. The room was silent. Stiles went and stood beside her. He was almost in tears. Just then she opened her eyes. 

"Stiles" She said as she saw him beside her. She looked around the room and saw Deaton, Scott and Riley standing. She looked back at Stiles. Stiles pulled a chair and sat beside her holding her hand and smiling.

"Are you okay" He asked. She nodded and smiled. Scott went to her and took some of her pain.

"Who hurt you" Deaton asked.

"Kirin" She said. 

"A what" Scott said. 

"Kirin" She repeated, "And someone is controlling it and me" 

Stiles and Scott looked at Deaton and the expression on Deaton's face immediately changed to worry. 

"Meet me at the house" Deaton said walking out of the house.

"Im glad that you are okay" Stiles said and leaned in to kiss her. 

"Any idea when you can come home" Scott asked. 

"Maybe tomorrow" She said sitting up straight. 

"Do you remember, anything about where you went" Stiles asked.

"I remember, a forest, a cave" Lydia said trying hard.

"Anything else?" Scott asked, "Howd you get here"

"Some girl and Riley brought me here" She said, "they saved me"

Scott and Stiles looked at each other and looked at Riley. 

"Dont look at me!" Riley said.

"So, Who was the girl" Scott walked to Riley.

"What girl?" Riley said moving away from him. Scott could hear his rising heartbeat and a drop of sweat tricking down his forehead.

"You are lying" Scott said.

"You can hear my heartbeat, cant you?" Riley said. 

Scott was taken by surprise. 

"What do you mean" Stiles stepped in.

"Nothing, nothing" Riley said trying to get off topic.

"No tell me, you are not going anywhere" Scott said moving towards cornered Riley. 

"Or else what" Riley snapped his claws and his eyes glowed bright blue. 

"Oh so you are a werewolf huh" Scott said and snapped his claws and his eyes gleamed bright red. But Riley wasn't astonished by the True Alpha. Its like he already knew who Scott was. 

"True Alpha huh" Riley said.

"Yeah and now you are going to tell us who the girl was" Stiles said.

"No i wont" Riley said and poof.

"What the hell" Stiles and Scott stared into thin air. 

"Where did he just vanish" Lydia said looking surprised.

"Dont know" Scott said, "We need to go home"

"Wait i need to talk to Lydia" Stiles said and looked at her.

"About what" Scott said.

"Something private" He said and smiled. 

Just then Melissa knocked on the door and entered.

"You awake Lydia? Your mother is here to see you" She said and let Natalie in.

"Baby" Natalie said and went to Lydia.

"Mom" Lydia said and held her mom's hand. She looked at Stiles and gave him a nod. Stiles knew that the talk had to be postponed and he would have to contain his feelings till then. 

"Lets go home" Stiles said.

"Take care and come home" Scott said and they headed towards his house.

On the road

"Hey are you okay?" Scott asked Stiles who wasn't looking fine. Didn't reply.

"Hey! Hey!" Scott said tapping on Stiles's hand, "You okay?"

"Yeah, yeah" Stiles said snapping out of the thought.

"what's up?" Scott said.

"I can't do it man" Stiles said putting his head into his palms and sobbing.
Scott pulled over.

"Hey, hey, what happened?" Scott said. He couldn't see his best friend in this state. A tear rushed down his cheek. He couldn't help it.

"It's Lydia" Stiles said looking at Scott. His eyes were moist. He was crying.

"She'll be fine, shell come home by tomorrow" Scott said placing a hand on his shoulder.

"no it's not that" Stiles said, "the other day before we came to your house, we spoke about getting back together and she wasn't with me. Its like I am only the one who wants that."

"I can understand, even when Allison broke up with me, I always regretted it, but at that time it was the best decision. But mind you, I never gave up on her, even when she was with Isaac" Scott said, "so talk to her and I'm sure she will want to get back with such an awesome guy like you"

Stiles gave a smile. Scott smiled back and gave him a hug.
