-'•Linetta's POV•'-

"Blair." I seethed, spitting her name like venom.

I looked around for help but noticed she warded our surroundings- putting blocks of magic up around us so nobody could get in, Rhysand was sending some of his waves of power- but something was stifling him, he couldn't break through.

I groaned as I moved my body- but as I've been practicing my new powers, it seems I've enhanced my healing skills too, I felt the magic wrap around my bruises and broken parts like bandages.

"Linetta!" Sebastian shouted, running up- his happy face now fear stricken...but just like before, Blair sent him flying back- like flicking a piece of dirt off a shoe.

I couldn't see Nyx- he had totally vanished- my heart thumped against my chest as I rose, stepping back away from Blair. Where- where has he gone?

My injuries aren't even the worst of the pain- you feel like you're getting something amazing, and then taken away from you.

"Sometimes, I think some of our race were born stupid." Commented Blair as she watched me steady myself once I stood still. "Just look at you.... " She then turned her head with disgust. "and you two really thought you could escape-" She turned to look at her once 'slaves' and stood very still.

Clearly, she had anticipated that Nyx would be on the ground, but- he wasn't there anymore. Just as I had noticed a moment ago.

"Wells that's odd, I could have sworn my new husband was just right here."

What.

"Husband?" I blurted, frowning at her. I must have heard that wrong.

"Yes."Blair smiled broadly- turning to look at me again. "Husband."

I growled a low, angry growl. "You made him marry you?"

She giggled delightedly- when she's like this she's more scary when she's actually trying to be scary.

I started to breathe heavily as my anger really started to build up. The kind of anger my father gets- that uncontrollable type.

"I wouldn't test me, Blair."

She snorted at that, crossing her bony fingers and thin arms over each other, her black dress rustling in the soft breezed.

I couldn't help my skin crawl as her black eyes swept over me in disbelief.

"Or what?" She asked sweetly. "Are you going to conjure a fountain?"

"No." I smiled- as Nyx stood in front of the invisible barrier that Blair had put up.

Nyx was smiling back- putting up his hands to see no ring encompassed his finger.

Another of Blair's typical lies.

"Then what?" She asked, sounding bored.

"This."

As quickly as a flash I sent the strongest winds straight through the barrier, I then created lava, that dribbled down the side of it, creating holes, opening it up.

Blair was snarling an unnatural snarl- but I ignored her as I watched Nyx send the last blow of magic, letting the barriers fall away.

~*~

"That's your big hurrah- destroying my barrier?" She snorted- staring at the army that now started moving.

Attors started to step out of the trees- which I hadn't noticed before.

Damn it, I'm stupid for thinking she came alone.

"Now let's make this nice and simple." Blair started. "If you just let me have Nyx, I will let all of your peoples live. Nobody will be hurt."

I shook my head angrily. "I will never negotiate with you, Blair. Your word means nothing to me." I snapped.

Suddenly my arms were grabbed- and started to burn.
I screamed- thrashing at whatever grabbed me.

I kept pulling and pulling but the burning never stopped- two attors had each arm- smiling and never letting go.

"I guess we'll have to make do with you for now- eventually Nyx will come and get you." She shrugged, unfazed.

The attors started snarling, as if yapping about something. Pointing behind Blair.
Her eyes widened- turned to looked around... but she was too late.

Out of no where- a big golden furry beast jumped up behind Blair- his jaw encompassing her white slim neck.

~*~

My father kept her there, flat on the ground -held down. She couldn't even conjure anything- as her whole head was spilt open.

But still not dead.

Suddenly the painful burning on my arms stopped- releasing me as Nyx cut both of the Attor's heads off, with Cailean and Erebus.

I felt my legs weaken and sink- but Nyx caught me- he was here, actually here.

I felt the warmth of his body as he cradled mine- and didn't speak, just felt each other's presence, and watched what unfolded in front of us.

Rhysand and Feyre finished Blair of Hybern off, whilst my father kept her down.
She screamed a bloodcurdling scream- until she withered away.

Finally gone.
