A/N
Ok so this is just a little bit of writing that I hadn't fit into the actual story. Enjoy.

Twisted

I look up at him, the memories constantly fresh in my mind. Terence is a whole different puzzle altogether. With all the money he had, he lived in a small apartment, bought the basic necessities, and didn't waste anything. Until we made some changes.

Terence has a way of surprising everyone. I've been a victim of his acting, and have learned that he's a specific character in the visions of the other people he knows. Not that they know this.

In the presence of me, Terence is like an unpredictable time bomb. It's always exciting.

"Hey, are you listening to me? Or did you zone out again?" His voice is like music to my ears. Genuinely, I smile.

"Sorry, I was just thinking."

He lifts his head, scanning the crowd. The mall is not the most pleasant place all of the time.

"What were you thinking about?"

My response comes almost right away, "You."

This gets me a smirk and a, "Well, y'know it is hard to not think about me."

"For your information, I never said whether these thoughts were positive or negative." I say. Instantly, I'm gathered into his strong arms. The embrace is for show. He doesn't want someone talking to us right now, so we might as well make it look like we're having a very passionate conversation. I've become part of Terence's cast. An actress in real life. As if on cue, I speak.

"In some twisted way, I think I've fallen for you."

And it works, and it's true. He pulls away.

"I'm sorry, but there's someone else."

That's a lie.

"She's adorable, has her mother's nose, and her daddy's blue eyes. And can you guess what?"

"What?" I smile up at him. My face hurts from the grin.

"She's our daughter."
